"MK" found out new details of the tragedy in the elite complex on Leninsky Prospekt

The Shakespearean tragedy of our days took place on May 14 in an elite house on Leninsky Prospekt. 43-year-old Alexander Shilin, a senior official at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, shot and killed an old acquaintance and her little daughter, after which he put a bullet in his heart. “What is this - revenge, jealousy or love madness?” - friends are wondering. "MK" managed to find out the whole background of this wild crime.

IN Lately Alexander Shilin became interested in hunting.

Alexander Shilin, an employee of the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, occupied a four-room apartment on the 12th floor. His twin brother Alexei lived on the floor above. Here we need to make a digression and tell what family the brothers were from. Both graduates of MGIMO, in their youth they lived not just anywhere, but in their parents’ apartment on Tverskaya Street.

Head of the family - CEO large enterprise (field of activity - waterproofing, construction, restoration work). The list of objects on which the company worked includes the Moscow Metro, Rostokinsky Aqueduct, Tsar Bell, St. Basil's Cathedral, Bolshoi Theater, etc. Shilin is a senior professional in his field, the author of more than 250 published works, 40 patents, 10 monographs on the topic, in particular, “Development of underground space (origin and development)”, “Rock cementation in mine construction”.

That is, Andrei Alexandrovich has something to be proud of. But most of all he was proud of his twin sons. And there was every reason for this.

Immediately after graduating from MGIMO, Alexander (as well as Alexey) went to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His achievement list impressive: he worked at the Russian Embassy in New Delhi. Worked in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, USA and Austria. The penultimate place of work is the Russian Embassy in Indonesia as a minister-counselor.

If everything went well in his career, then in his personal life Alexander suffered a complete collapse. In the early 2000s, the diplomat fell in love with a young Foreign Ministry employee, Podolsk resident Anastasia. A girl from a simple family: her father is a former military man, he worked at a factory, and her mother is a housewife. In the high-rise Smolenskaya Square Anastasia was blown by a random wind. In 2002, she graduated from the College of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and began working in the department, albeit in a low-level position.

Nastya was a technical employee. And she complained all the time that the work did not correspond to her abilities. Somewhere in 2005, she quit her job and became a journalist - she wrote on theatrical topics, recall ex-colleagues at the ministry.

Alexander's parents were hostile to their future daughter-in-law - they say she's not the one social status. And they gave Alexander advice: marry a worthy woman from your circle. The guy was forced to submit to his parents' will. I broke up with Nastya reluctantly - this step, according to friends, was not easy. And in 2008, he tied the knot with a girl approved by mom and dad, Ekaterina (the girl also worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs). But at the same time he hoped that he would get divorced at the first opportunity.

Of course, Nastya was worried when he got married. And then the feelings dulled, she began to build her life. She got together with a man and gave birth to his daughter in 2013. But family life and it didn’t work out for her. The father did not take part in raising the girl, say Anastasia’s friends.

Be that as it may, Alexander kept his promise and divorced, despite the fact that his wife Catherine gave birth to a child. However, Nastya did not return to her former admirer. In those years, the diplomat often went on overseas business trips. From there he sent Nastya messages that his friends believed were of strange content.

He invited me to visit, asked to start all over again, and then disappeared. He agreed to talk, but did not get in touch at the appointed time. That is, he wrote to her, but did not renew the relationship, keeping her in limbo. Nastya was greatly offended by all this, and we advised her not to communicate with him, friends say.

Nastya still hesitated whether to return or not. At first she said that she did not want to renew the connection, but every other day she changed her “testimony” - they say, maybe something will work out with her old love.

Alexander recently returned from Indonesia and moved to the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. And feelings for Anastasia flared up with renewed vigor. On the fateful day of May 14, the diplomat was at his parents’ dacha. He left home at 18.45. Apparently, somewhere along the way he captured Nastya and her daughter (the baby turned 4 years old at the end of April). Together they went up to an elite residential complex, the guards did not see them, as they got into the elevator in the underground parking lot. But at 21.10 Shilin and his guests were in the apartment, this fact was established: Alexander’s brother returned from the restaurant with his family and noticed his brother in the Mercedes parking lot. Half an hour later, Alexey heard a roar from his apartment on the floor above, and then a woman’s and a child’s screams. Together with his wife, he went down the fire escape to his brother’s apartment and saw bodies and blood. The relatives did not enter the home, but called the city’s emergency services.

Investigators established that Alexander fired from a Merkel M3 carbine (by the way, there were 4 guns in the apartment). He forced Nastya to lie on the floor and shot him several times in the head, and the girl was shot in the chest. Then Alexander shot himself. What was going on in the diplomat's head? No one will say this now. Maybe he held a grudge against Nastya that she rejected him after the divorce.

I would never have thought that the previously balanced Alexander was capable of murder,” says Shilin’s acquaintance. - We met him around 1998. He had just graduated from MGIMO and was assigned to work in India. Overall, he gave the impression of being a smart, interesting, but slightly strange guy.

- Why?

He had a rather specific hobby - he was interested in the history of the Third Reich. He collected crosses and shoulder straps of the German Empire, acquired a soldier's uniform, listened to songs and marches of the Third Reich, and read relevant literature.

- Did he drink?

Rarely. His body did not accept alcoholic drinks. A very small dose was enough for him to get completely drunk. What's strange is that he never talked about women. He ignored all questions about his personal life and limited himself to a stingy: “Yes, everything is fine.” I didn’t bother asking questions; I understood that the person didn’t want to be frank.

- What, besides the Third Reich, was he interested in?

By hunting. But at that time he and I hunted for small things. Over time, this hobby became his passion. He couldn't imagine himself without a gun. Lately I have been hunting exclusively for serious animals, and made special trips to Africa.

A shocking crime, perpetrated by a senior Foreign Office official, shocked the capital. 43-year-old Alexander Shilin shot his friend in his own apartment, then killed her little daughter, after which he committed suicide. “MK” managed to get closer to the solution to how a successful, intelligent man suddenly turned into a cold-blooded executioner. According to his few friends, this did not happen overnight and, most likely, terrible metamorphoses occurred with Shilin in Asia, where he was forced to live on duty.

Many turned away from Alexander when he became interested in hunting. Have you seen the photographs of killed animals that he posted online? These are flowers. He constantly talked a lot about how he killed the animal, how it suffered - he recounted the hunting process in every detail and sent these terrible pictures of dead animals to his friends. He could talk about his passion for hunting for hours. Naturally, not everyone liked this. So gradually he lost almost all his friends, says a former friend of the killer.

Another friend of Shilin’s suggests that the atmosphere in Asia, where the diplomat worked, could have influenced the diplomat’s psyche.

Many of us have lived in Asia, and understand how crazy Europeans are there,” says former colleague Shilina. - It’s difficult to explain - the culture is different, the world is different. Not everyone is resistant to Asia; it is known that many end up in sects there. Plus, Alexander lived in a foreign land in a certain isolation - without friends and women. As I understand it, his wife did not go with him, she stayed in Moscow. According to rumors, she is a spoiled woman, materialistic. It is unlikely that she loved her husband. All our mutual friends are sure: it was a marriage of convenience on both sides. After his divorce from Shilin, he ex-wife It seems like my personal life has improved. And they say she got married. Alexander never found anyone. He was a lonely man. And this bothered him. He often complained to me in personal correspondence that no one understood him, he was completely alone. Shilin was very bored in Indonesia and wanted to return home. Then I felt sincerely sorry for him.

“According to rumors, the woman he killed was just his lover and a very long time ago.

They told me the first and last name of the murdered woman - this data doesn’t tell me anything. And no one from Shilin’s circle knows this lady. First time we hear it. Perhaps he was hiding the lady of his heart from everyone. But he persistently invited many of his girlfriends to Indonesia, where he had been working recently. He is with many of our mutual friends, former classmates, tried to have an affair with his classmates. For example, he invited me with him. Of course, I refused. How did he look after? I’ll tell you about myself - he didn’t shower me with gifts, but he courted me beautifully and promised to pay for tickets to Indonesia. Not greedy. They say about such people - a gallant gentleman.

- What did he live for besides hunting?

He lived for work. He really worried about our country and spoke badly about the opposition.

- What was he like in everyday life?

He loved to eat delicious food and was a great cook. He was also smart, interesting, and well-mannered. Overall, a positive character. That's why we were all surprised by what happened. He valued his status. But he never boasted about it. Of course, money and position in society were important to him, but he did not put himself above other people.

- What can you say about his family?

The family is wealthy. He also has a brother; Alexander has had a difficult relationship with him since childhood. According to classmates, both brothers were talented, child prodigies. We graduated from school with a gold medal, then from MGIMO with honors. Who would have thought that everything would end so ingloriously and tragically for one of them.

For more than a day I carefully considered several fragments of the overall picture. What crystallized as a result cannot but be alarming. The technique itself is of course not new, it has been tested in various corners of this ball. And looking at the overall picture, something similar was to be expected in the current situation.

The other day, a rather loud message was heard in the general noise. Family drama in Moscow: a Foreign Ministry employee shot his wife and child . In the lists senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are listed as Shilin Alexander Andreevich . In past First Secretary of the Department for Security and Disarmament Issues of the Russian Foreign Ministry . Born in 1973 in Moscow. In 1996 he graduated from Moscow state institute international relations. Since 1996 he has been in the diplomatic service. In 1997-2000 - at the Russian Embassy in New Delhi. Also worked in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, USA and Austria. Specialist in foreign policy India and Pakistan, issues of strategic stability and conventional weapons in South Asia . The case is quite loud and noisy. On the one hand, the reasons are quite understandable; the work of a Foreign Ministry employee is quite stressful and nervous. The work area is also not a gift: Indonesia, Pakistan. The version of madness has every reason to exist, his nerves could not stand it, he lost his temper, being an avid hunter, of course, he had a weapon at home. That’s how it is, but I was extremely interested in the letter itself and to whom it was addressed.

It is no less interesting to consider what follows because a day later, a commentary by Mrs. Malysheva appears, with a fresh reprint of the said letter. A few quotes from general context will be very helpful. Lyubava Malysheva talks about meeting Shilin in absentia: “ Today journalists ask me to comment on this murder. Why are they asking me for comments? The fact is that I warned several times that Shilin is socially dangerous .It is reported that “strange diaries with absurd notes and entries” were found in Shilin’s apartment . Having looked at what is happening, you can begin to unwind the ball. Let’s assume that the above letter was written by Ms. Malysheva and it’s clear whose idea it was.
Again, an aggressive image of Russia is being drawn, and an attempt at recombination is being used again. Swap Russia with a shaky garbage can. It's the same familiar system, the only difference is the variation. But, as before, it smacks of an attempt to drag the image of the Third Reich onto Russia, to clean up the garbage. Similar tactics have been described previously. Nowadays, Western technologists are trying to swap places between the trash heap and Russia. Still, for almost three years, Europe looked at the horrors of Nazism in a garbage can. Therefore, the goal of ideology and propaganda is simple and clear.
a) Wash out the trash can, pulling on the image of those fighting outright Nazism (it’s not for nothing that the Nazis were imprisoned and shredded wherever possible). They are no longer needed. Although the last thing sucks, it turns out to be too uncontrollable and the processes are out of control. The Nazis and thugs don’t really want to crawl into the cemetery according to the Master’s plan.
b) Pull the image of absolute evil in the form of fascist Germany onto Russia. And of course, put the image of Hitler on the President Russian Federation. In order to use the masses of Europe charged with horror of Nazism against Russia
.
Agree, looking at the contents of the letter, it is difficult to imagine that any Foreign Ministry employee would be frank on such topics. Moreover, you can see the blank tracing paper familiar from the trash heap. Alexander Shilin is not an ordinary employee, but somehow, no less, an Extraordinary Plenipotentiary Envoy of the 2nd class. It’s somehow difficult to imagine such revelations from such a level, from the first person you meet... But there is another option, since the second message mentions certain " strange diaries ". And then the matter smells of a very unpleasant odor.
Mr. Shilin has studied enough interesting questions: 2nd Secretary of the Department for Security and Disarmament Issues of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation NUCLEAR PROGRAMS OF INDIA AND PAKISTAN Alexander Andreevich SHILIN . In addition, strategic issues in South Asia. Several conclusions follow from all this.
a) The death of Mr. Shilin was necessary in order to raise the previously created workpiece and then the option of suicide disappears completely. (Taking into account the fact that yet another diplomat was killed, this version is not without meaning; it’s an all too familiar pattern)
b) Mr. Shilin really double-dealed, after Mr. Shilin was exhausted as a resource, the Owners cleaned him up, simultaneously extracting benefits from the corpse, for the development of the previously announced preparation. Until the moment of the appearance of this body, Mrs. Malysheva’s letter is an empty construct. And that means someone intentionally wants to give weight to this piece. “Strange diaries” play in this favor. Although the latter, of course, go under the version of insanity.
c) Mr. Shilin could have committed such shooting in one more case... If he found out that they were already coming for him, he had nothing to lose, of course, when leaving he took his own family with him. It is pointless to consider the version of the liquidation of Mr. Shilin by the special services. Such a person is much more valuable alive as a source of information, and a corpse, alas, will not tell much.

As for Mrs. Malysheva herself, she is a curious person, to put it mildly.

The “cocktail” is certainly impressive, with a little bit of everything to get everyone involved. Gender, supposedly anti-fascism, trade, anti-globalism. In general, everything to cover as large a social mass as possible. Everything would be fine if it weren’t for the interesting coincidence with the attempt to move Victory Day from May 9 to the 8th. And such fairy tales are very familiar. .

Further comments are unnecessary. It’s more than clear what Mme Malysheva does for a living. The coincidences are not accidental, but with a clearly visible familiar system. In the case of feminism, a similar toy is launched by Western Office technologists in order to hit the female half of the population. As you can see, the key is very simple. Move Victory Day to May 8. If you look at history, you can easily find why and who plays these games. It is also known who has been digging for almost three years. For those who find it difficult to search, read what was said earlier. .

P.S.
The idea of fooling the average person with a substitution is of course funny, but clearly visible to those who see with a completely different gaze... You can laugh at the authors of the idea, they are chronically unlucky. They are clearly far from Churchill, as well as from a full-fledged chromosome. They play low, vile and mean, trying to hit through the weak half, organizing brown feminism in Belarus, the former Ukrainian SSR, Kazakhstan and Russia. The reason is clear, an attempt to rewrite History . As we see, they do not disdain anything, professing the old principle: In war all means are good. It would be a sin not to lather your withers for such dirty games.

Good day!

Let me make a reservation right away: I do not intend to engage in confrontation. I just have different views on life, on the state and, accordingly, on politics. I am not an amateur in political reasoning, I am not last man in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs... The important thing is that in our Ministry there are not just many - there are a majority! – holds views similar to mine.

I came to your site purely out of curiosity. At the same time, believe me, I had no idea of writing you any letter until I read about your “Food Instead of Bombs” campaign. I can not. My soul couldn't bear it, so to speak.

I quote your website: “The Russian military will purchase 70 strategic missiles as part of a massive rearmament program that also includes the purchase of 300 tanks, 14 warships and 50 aircraft."

Yes indeed. Only here there is an inaccuracy - not 50 aircraft, but 100. And still - not enough. Few! And what about some measly 70 ICBMs, when our enemies (I won’t be politically correct, after all, we are not at negotiations, but having a frank conversation) – our enemies are adopting missiles into service at a much faster pace. By the way, 7 unsuccessful test launches of the Bulava SLBM are not at all that many if we recall the development of similar programs in the USA or England - for example, the same American-English Trident-2 exploded 11 times during test launches, which led to 10 summer delay in their commissioning!

Okay, I won't get distracted. My postulate: the only thing that in the current conditions can save a nation from defeat in the global fight for survival is militarization. No, I am not calling for a total militarization of the state like the Third Reich - this is a path that is effective only in the short term, but overall a dead end and disastrous. Therefore, of course, it is necessary to find a balance between military needs and real opportunities states. Alas, we don’t have many such opportunities now, but something is being done.

And, it seems to me, the duty of every responsible citizen of the country is to help strengthen the nation’s potential in the face of an inevitable fight with enemies. You ask - what kind of fight is this? I will answer - very few years will pass, and we will see a new redistribution of the world, quite reminiscent of the Second World War, only on a larger scale. And the one who will be among the powers that win this battle, as deadly as it is inevitable, will rule the world. And I personally want our long-suffering Motherland to be among the winners.

That's why I wrote to you... I want to ask you - don't you really feel that by your actions you are undermining the power of the state, which is just beginning to recover after almost 20 years of decline?! And that your actions objectively work into the hands of our many enemies, who, by the way, skillfully use various pacifist organizations, incl. and yours?! In the same States at the Agency national security there is a whole department that deals with working with the international pacifist and “green” movements, in particular, sending agents to all sorts of hippie-type movements. I know, I came across these agents personally... Why are you hitting Russia like that?! She needs support, not subversion.

Perhaps your reasoning on the site can convince someone that you are right, but obviously not me. Well, in fact, if I graduated from MGIMO with honors, defended my PhD there and my doctorate at the Sorbonne, published two monographs on global politics and strategic balance... Now, if you want, refute...

Sincerely.

P.S. Again, no need to quarrel - if the tone of my letter seemed confrontational, then I apologize. I didn’t want to offend anyone - and, as you may have noticed, I deliberately avoided language that could serve as a direct insult."

(“I don’t want to give a name – there’s no point in that. If we get into a discussion, maybe I’ll open up.”)

In Moscow, a high-ranking Foreign Ministry official, Alexander Shilin, killed his friend, her 4-year-old daughter, and then committed suicide. Several years ago, he wrote a letter to Lyubava Malysheva, a civil activist and regular contributor to Radio Liberty. Malysheva explains what is most important in this story.

Suicide and murder, about which we're talking about, were committed on the evening of May 14 in an apartment in the southwest of the city. “On the night of May 15, the bodies of a man and a woman, as well as a young girl with signs of violent death in the form of gunshot wounds were found in an apartment in a residential building on Leninsky Prospekt. It was established that the woman and her daughter were visiting an old friend, who took out a hunting rifle and shot at at least twice. The mother and daughter died on the spot from their injuries. After that, the man committed suicide," the official statement reads. Investigative Committee RF.

Soon Russian media reported, citing sources, the name and surname of the shooter - he turned out to be an employee of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Alexander Andreevich Shilin. This information was confirmed almost immediately by the Foreign Ministry. On the department’s website, Shilin is listed as a minister-counselor at the Russian Embassy in Indonesia. The REN TV channel reports, citing embassy representatives, that in 2016 Shilin transferred to work at the Central Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It turned out that recently Shilin was the first secretary of the Department of Security and Disarmament Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and before that he worked not only in Indonesia, but also in Russian diplomatic missions in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, the USA and Austria.

Russian tabloids report the details of what happened: the shot was fired from a German Merkel hunting shotgun, in addition to which three more guns and 6 boxes of ammunition were found in Shilin’s apartment. The bodies of the victims were first discovered by Shilin’s brother, who lives in the apartment above him. Versions about the motives for the murder include jealousy, blackmail and a domestic quarrel. The deceased woman was Shilin's former subordinate at work. It is reported that “strange diaries with absurd notes and entries” were found in Shilin’s apartment.

He talks about his correspondence acquaintance with Shilin Lyubava Malysheva:

Today journalists ask me to comment on this murder. Why are they asking me for comments? The fact is that I warned several times that Shilin is socially dangerous. I had never met Shilin, but on January 12, 2009, he sent me an “anonymous” letter from his work address. The letter was filled with delusional ideas about the danger threatening Russia and the coming Third World War. At that time, such ideas were not yet mainstream in Russia. The letter, of course, remained unanswered, but was published on the website hippy.ru on the day it was received.

The second time I wrote about Shilin was in 2014. Deciding to check how the career of the incompetent conspirator developed, I discovered that he continues to work at the Russian Embassy in Indonesia and publishes in in social networks photographs of reprisals against animals - hippos, zebras, antelopes, wild boars, fish, accompanied by cruel comments. After my article, two of Shilin’s pages – on Facebook and VKontakte – were temporarily closed. But then he started posting photos of himself again with huge guns and dead animals.

If a sick man, protected by diplomatic immunity, travels around the world with delusional ideas and guns, the end is predictable. The only question is which murders we will know about, and which will be buried forever in the archives of the special services. Only occasionally do stories about diplomatic atrocities appear in the media. Rape, slave trading, murder, fighting - all this is prohibited ordinary people, but it is difficult, almost impossible, to punish a criminal with diplomatic immunity.

I’m afraid that now, studying the news about Shilin’s suicide, no one will hear the main thing again. The article “Towards a fight with enemies” said that not only Shilin is dangerous, but the entire system, of which he is a small cog: “All that part of the fractal, each specific Shilin can do is shoot at the defenseless, the main trait of his personality is bloodthirstiness.”

Let's study the text of the letter again. This is the way of thinking of the current government.

Bold is mine.

"Good day!

Alexander Shilin (right), Zambia, 2012 – photo from the article “Nile crocodile” on Wikipedia:

Shilin is not a funny character, he is a typical character. One of the many delusional patients running Russia. They also love to hunt, they are also preparing for the Third World War. They also shoot other people’s children in the back in anticipation of a global battle and boast about the goods taken from the defenseless. And the problem is not that maniacs exist, but that they are untouchable.
