Preparation:

We start preparing the festive appetizer “Christmas Balls” by boiling chicken breast. Then cool it and cut it into very small pieces.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Now mix the cheese and chicken, add chopped garlic to them. Season the resulting mixture with mayonnaise to make it thick enough. Add salt if necessary. Let it sit for a while, about 20 minutes, so that everything is well set and soaked.

Walnuts must be crushed into fairly fine crumbs, but not powder. Use a blender or crush the nuts in a bag with a rolling pin. Place the nut crumbs on a plate.

  • eggplants - 2 pieces,
  • tomatoes - 2 pieces,
  • Feta cheese - 150 grams,
  • garlic - 1 clove,
  • walnuts - 50 grams,
  • parsley,

  • salt.

Preparation:

  • dill - 1 small bunch,

Preparation:

It works especially well with salads that include cucumber, meaning its flavor will already be in the recipe, but instead of being put inside, it will end up on the outside. In general, this idea is almost universal and convenient.

  • cucumbers - 2-3 large pieces with small seeds,
  • crab sticks - 200 grams,
  • hard cheese - 150 grams,
  • green,
  • mayonnaise,
  • garlic if desired.

Preparation:

Grate the crab sticks on a coarse grater or finely chop with a knife. Grate the cheese too. Finely chop just a little greenery, 1-2 sprigs. If you want to make the filling more piquant, you can add 1 clove of garlic, squeezed through a press. Now mix it all and season with mayonnaise. You can add a little salt to taste.

Wash the cucumbers and cut them lengthwise into very thin slices. To do this, it is better to take a very sharp knife. Now place a spoonful of filling on one end of the cucumber slice and wrap it into a tube. Cucumbers are a fairly elastic vegetable, so to prevent them from unfolding, pierce them with a skewer or toothpick.

The Christmas tree is one of the most important symbols of the New Year, so it is not surprising that treats, and especially holiday snacks, are tempting to be decorated in the shape of a Christmas tree. This is not so difficult to do, especially with a little imagination and a lot of greenery. Also look for saltine crackers for the stand.

You will need:

  • eggs - 3 pcs,
  • processed cheese - 200 grams,
  • garlic - 2 cloves,
  • dill greens - 1 bunch,
  • mayonnaise,
  • unsweetened crackers - 10-15 pieces,

Preparation:

Hard boil the eggs and peel them. Then grate them on a fine grater, yolks and whites together. You can take a piece of carrots, dried apricots, sweet peppers or cranberries. If desired, with a thin stream of mayonnaise, you can draw garlands or balls with large dots on the sides of the Christmas trees.
