A few quick facts:
Recently, NTV aired the program “Unlimited Possibilities,” in which Sergei Kutovoy took part.
Sergei has a video with Pavel Volya (see below).

On April 13, 2013, future 11th grade graduate 17-year-old Sergei Kutovoy was walking home to in a great mood. For a long time he wanted to lose weight before graduation in order to please his classmate - in 7 months on a protein diet he lost weight from 148 to 108 kilograms - and he succeeded!

By the way: a protein diet is very dangerous - because of it, Sergei developed kidney stones.

Approaching a pedestrian crossing, he was hit by a car at full speed. Having dragged the guy 15 meters along the road, the car crashed into a pole and our hero’s leg ended up flattened between the body of the car and the pole. Then 2 months of coma and long rehabilitation. The driver was found guilty, sentenced to 1.5 years probation and ordered to pay compensation in the amount of 1,500,000 rubles. But the culprit of the accident in which Sergei Kutovoy lost his leg did not have time to be punished - almost immediately after the verdict was pronounced, he died of cancer.

After emerging from a coma, Sergei again gained 120 kilograms in weight and began to develop complexes. There was no opportunity to go to the gym and he, with the help of his loved ones, proper nutrition And simple exercises and exercise equipment, I lost up to 70 kilograms. It took 1.5 years.

After 6 months, another misfortune came: You thought, “Sega Kutova, what happened to your leg?”, but this time Sergei tore the ligaments in his shoulder and went into depression. For 4 months he just played on the computer and ate endlessly. The depression lifted when he stepped on the scale and discovered that his weight had exceeded 95 kilograms. But it was no longer easy for the body, weakened after remissions, to “throw off” fat, and Kutovoy lived in an “imperfect body” for another 2 years.

On March 22, 2018, Seryozha remembered his old dream of “losing weight for graduation,” but this time the task was set differently - to lose weight for his girlfriend’s graduation and get on a prosthesis. His weight at that time was 93 kilograms. At the beginning of July 2018, he achieved part of his plans = 79 kilograms and an athletic body! Now Sergei Kutovoy has 9,800 friends on VKontakte, 392,000 subscribers on Instagram and offers of cooperation in Direct.

Sergey Kutovoy and his girls

Sergei Kutovoy’s first girlfriend, Polina Mukhacheva, appeared some time after the accident. It is known that he affectionately called her Pasha, also due to the fact that the girl did not care whether Sega Kutova had her leg or not. She bravely dragged the 23kg stroller up the steps after long walks.

Nobody knows why Sergei Kutovoy and Polina Mukhacheva broke up, but it is known that she still lives in Yekaterinburg and her Instagram is closed for viewing.

In her account on "ask" she was asked more than once about the reason for the separation and whether it was true that now she ex-girlfriend Sergei Kutovoy. She reacts sharply to such questions and makes it clear that she has nothing in common with her ex:

The second girl of Sergei Kutovoy is Ksyusha Zubova.

They are doing great, they get along great and we can see in social networks their happy smiles. Ksenia doesn’t care at all what’s wrong with Sega Kutovoy’s leg, this is confirmed by the phrase signed under one of her photos “And if I were like everyone else, you wouldn’t think of me.”

The guys are making a lot of plans and together they plan to move to St. Petersburg by mid-July 2018. Apparently, love will last long, no wonder that right hand The hero is decorated with a tattoo of a portrait of Ksyusha Zubova.

Sergei Kutovoy's brother is Ivan Kutovoy.

Twin brother Vanya ( younger than Sergei for 40 minutes), which was and is a support for Sergei in the most difficult moments. By the way, Sergei himself was named in honor of his father’s friend, and Ivan in honor of his grandfather.

By the way, the guys shot a video that took first place in the voting for Pavel Volya’s song “Two”. The clip was filmed in March 2017 and still receives thousands of views on YouTube.

The history of this young man from Arkhangelsk can make all those who complain about life think, but don’t want to do anything about it. Thousands, millions of full-fledged healthy whiners are afraid to dream about what a simple 19-year-old guy from Arkhangelsk is dreaming about.

Two years ago, Sergei Kutovoy was no different from his peers. Unless you're overweight.

“At the age of 17, I was a fat, shapeless bag and weighed 148 kilograms,” Sergei, who prefers to call a spade a spade, begins his story. Sergei went on a diet and began to lose weight. However, a few months later, when his goal was already very close, trouble befell him. Sergei fell under the wheels of a car, as a result of which he became disabled - he lost his leg. A completely different story began: the struggle for own life. Photos showing what Sergei looks like now are the best illustration that the impossible is possible.

My weight loss story began in 2013, when I was in 11th grade. I weighed 148 kilograms with a height of 186 centimeters. To call a spade a spade, I looked like a fat and shapeless bag that no one could like. For a long time This didn’t bother me: I wasn’t humiliated at school, I had quite a lot of friends. Unhappy love changed everything - my heart was broken. I always knew how to carry on a conversation, I was gallant with girls, but this turned out to be not enough. If your appearance leaves much to be desired, you will always be just a friend for girls, and they will build relationships with other guys who are good-looking. Female hormones require testosterone, and fat men tend to have the lowest levels.

I decided that I would lose weight once and for all. I went on a protein diet, lasted 5 months without a single breakdown - I was able to lose 44 kilograms. I was very pleased with myself and set myself new goal- another minus 20 kilograms, and after that - Gym and the struggle for a sculpted body. But everything turned out completely differently...

On April 13, 2013, I was walking from the hospital where I was undergoing a routine annual examination. Almost reached the house, all that remained was to cross the pedestrian crossing. There was a one-way road in front of me, I stopped and carefully looked around. The car gave way to me, as the rules prescribed, and I began to cross. When I was on the sidewalk and seemingly out of the risk zone, I felt a hard blow. Disconnected. As it turned out later, the brakes of the WAF model truck failed, and at a speed of 100 kilometers per hour it hit me, slamming me into a pole. After that there was 10 days of coma.

After coming out of a coma, I lay in traction in bed for 9 months - my pelvis was crushed, I couldn’t even sit. I missed everything: last call, graduation, entrance exams to the institute. Over this year I have become stronger and older. I had to cry and get angry, analyze and discover a new me.

In the hospital I was completely deprived physical activity: played computer, slept and ate. When I arrived home, I weighed 120 kilograms. I saw myself in the mirror, in which last time still looked healthy and full of hope as a young man, and was horrified. I looked like an old man: bald, disabled, in a wheelchair, wearing glasses, with 37 scars on my body. At that moment I realized: in order to be happy again, I need to learn to fight myself and my laziness.

I started looking for ways to get an athletic body and realized that only the right and balanced diet can lead to success. Diets are stress and collapse for our body, metabolism, hair, skin, endocrine and hormonal systems. My transformation took a year and a half. The first seven months were an internal psychological struggle with myself: I broke down several times, throwing the system of proper nutrition to hell, and started again; I spent the next 8 months working on my athletic form. On social networks I am often asked if I pumped out fat or injected some drugs. No, there are no magic “things” that will solve your excess weight problems for you.

I'm sure I'll change better side everyone can. Even I, a guy without a leg and in a wheelchair, was able to lose 52 kilograms and gain an athletic physique. Why don't you try it too?

I’ll tell you about the basic rules for accelerating metabolism:

1. Eat every 2 hours.

2. Do not drink while eating: either 20 minutes before or 40 minutes after.

3. Eliminate fast carbohydrates: smoked, flour, sweet, salty, fried, fast food and semi-finished products.

4. Go to bed early: between 10 pm and 2 am, growth hormone is released best.

“The world is not without good people,” Sergei captioned the photo. "On this day I came to the dispute T hall, but the elevator did not work. I turned around to go home. This man lifted me to the second floor in his own arms. Thank you!"

Now I lead the lifestyle of an ordinary young man: I study at the university, go to the gym and swimming pool, I have friends and a girlfriend. Recently I was invited to play sledge hockey at a professional level, with the prospect of a chance to join the Russian national team in this sport. The main thing is to believe in the best and set the right goals!

Sergei's girlfriend

I didn’t think then that I was dying,” recalls Sergei Kutovoy. “I was lying in blood on the road and was looking in my pockets for the phone to call my father, but the people who had come running began to shout at me not to move and not to look at my feet.

Our twenty-year-old fellow countryman has already told his tragic story, which took a life-affirming turn, on social networks, newspapers and magazines. He has been on popular Russian talk shows, starred in a music video, and now plays... himself in a movie.

140 kilograms and a thousand times more fans

Seryozha himself opened the door for me; two dogs were jumping next to the wheels of his chair.

Meet us, this is Europe, and this is just a puppy - Barack Obama,” Seryozha laughs. - Come in and apologize for the mess.

Artem needed an already famous character for filming. He said then: “You are already a media personality!” We agreed that he would come to Arkhangelsk, then we didn’t even really know which song of Volya we would take. Later I offered him "Two". We were shocked how easily my brother and I’s story fit into a song that everyone perceived as the story of a man and a woman. You could say we gave it a new sound.

The video was filmed in Arkhangelsk for three days. In the video, my brother Vanya and I are carefree, good-natured people. Of course, in real life, he and I don’t run around the city like fools every day,” Sergei laughs. - And we’re not always so nice, we both love dark humor, but the main point in the video it’s true: he and I are very close and have always supported each other in difficult times. The clip began to gain views, comments appeared: “well done,” “cool,” “brilliant.” Who would have thought that this is just the beginning of the story.

The guys in the video need to talk

The theory of six handshakes works. The “Two” video was seen on the Internet by film director Andrei Grigoriev, known for his film “Vasenin” - this documentary shown in dozens of countries around the world, it tells the story of a Russian soldier who heroically fought on the side of the French Resistance after escaping from Nazi captivity. Andrey Grigoriev watched a dynamic video clip about the Kutov brothers and decided: these guys should talk. To the cinema.

What can I say for sure about the film? Arkhangelsk will be there - in October we filmed various plans of it from a quadcopter,” comments Sergei. - As for the plot, why tell everyone already? famous story Kutov? We creatively replayed it. In the center of the picture is a teenage wheelchair user who suddenly turns into a rock star for everyone and quickly wins love at first close circle, and then strangers. This guy will do such crazy things that even healthy guys have never dreamed of!

Perhaps at first the hero will arouse pity in the viewer, but soon you will warm to him, and perhaps even want to become just like him. I was not immediately able to relax in front of the camera, I felt some kind of falseness behind me, but I wanted to be real.

Over time, I got used to the camera, and I felt comfortable. We want to do something really worthwhile, but we don’t have enough money - we’re trying to raise funds with the help of

And they promised to share inspiring stories from girls and boys about how they lost weight. The story of the new hero of our project - 20-year-old Sergei Kutovoy - clearly goes beyond the format, since it is filled with much more meaning than just the struggle for a beautiful body: it is incredible story overcoming, courage, bravery and self-confidence.

Sergey, 20 years old

Lost weight by 52 kg (from 120 to 68 kg)

Sergey Kutovoy is sure: everyone can lose weight and get their body in order

I am sure that everyone can change for the better. Even I, a guy without a leg and in a wheelchair, was able to lose 52 kilograms and gain an athletic physique. Why don't you try it too?

If we move on to practice, then the most main secret Losing weight is about speeding up your metabolism. Accelerated Metabolism captivates the pace of burning fat, digesting food and building muscle mass.

1. Eat every 2 hours.

2. Do not drink while eating: either 20 minutes before or 40 minutes after.

3. Eliminate fast carbohydrates: smoked, flour, sweet, salty, fried, fast food and semi-finished products.

“The world is not without good people,” Sergei captioned the photo. "That day I arrived at the gym, but the elevator was not working. I turned around to go home. This man lifted me to the second floor in his own arms. Thank you!"

celebrated on the Champ de Mars in St. Petersburg in the company of not only close friends and his girlfriend, but also his subscribers. Today Sergei has more than 400 thousand of them. The guy gained such popularity online thanks to his story of overcoming himself, told with incredible honesty. A couple of hundred subscribers came to chat live with their idol, congratulate him on his birthday and be sure to give him a big hug.

After the accident, it seemed to me that I had no options, no possibilities, that I was doomed to a lonely life, a disabled person, in which there would no longer be anything bright. But I believed in myself, started playing sports, and lost weight. And my life is honestly better than before. And any of you can make your life better. Each of you has the right to happiness and love, to have a family, a favorite business. “Even if I could, you definitely can,” says Arkhangelsk resident Sergei Kutovoy to the crowd of fans.

At the age of 17, as a result of an accident, Sergei Kutovoi lost his legs and... The WAF truck's brakes failed and it hit a guy at 100 kilometers per hour. The crushed left leg had to be amputated. He spent almost a year in the hospital, after discharge he began to eat stress at everything, moved little, so he quickly gained excess weight: 120 kilograms with a height of 186 centimeters. “He looked like an old man: a bald invalid, in a wheelchair, wearing glasses, with 37 scars on his body,” recalls Sergei Kutovoy.

Sergei was able to accept himself without a leg, but he couldn’t look at the sagging folds of fat, so he decided to take himself seriously: first the horizontal bar at home, then full-fledged training in the gym, a diet, and later even sledge hockey. Two years later, even old Arnold would be jealous of Sergei’s pumped up biceps. Moreover Kutova posts honest photos on Instagram both “before” and “after”.

I first saw Seryozha in Nastya Ivleeva’s vlog, and I was immediately hooked by his story: the guy has not lost hope, he is developing, growing. I’ve been following him on Instagram for a year now: his posts are very sincere and sincere. “He inspires me very much with his faith in people,” admits fan Nastya, who came to congratulate Sergei on his birthday.

Loving life and Ksyusha

“There are so many fans around Seryozha, aren’t you jealous?” - Sergei Kutovoy’s girlfriend Ksyusha answers this question with a confident “No.” This is not surprising: Sergei looks at his beloved girl with such tenderness and love that it becomes clear to his enchanted subscribers that there is no chance.

“Why do you love Sergei?” “He’s very caring,” Ksyusha answers and wipes away her tears: the warm meeting with so many fans made an impression on the girl. They hug Sergei and Ksyusha, ask for photos and autographs and vying with each other to ask questions.

The guys, answering the next question, remember the story of their acquaintance in different ways. Ksyusha laughs and says that Sergei ignored her for several months and only then invited her to the cinema: “I thought that the two of us would go together. I came, and there were six people there - family, friends.”

Sergei explains this company with serious intentions, saying that he immediately wanted to introduce the girl to everyone. “When I walked Ksyusha home after the movie, I took her hand and realized that I was attracted to her, that I wanted her to always be in my life,” recalls Sergei.

When I was invited to St. Petersburg to participate in the “Sport to the People” project, Ksyusha supported my decision. This was very important to me. It seems to me that a healthy relationship is when people support each other,” says Sergei Kutovoy. - Our long-distance relationship lasted for a year. It was very difficult: I raked the last money out of my pockets to buy Ksyusha a ticket from Arkhangelsk to St. Petersburg. But you know what I realized? When everything is bad in life, don’t despair. You pay with these bad things for all the good things that will happen in life.

After graduation, Ksyusha was able to move to Sergei in St. Petersburg permanently. After three years of relationship, the guys’ plans are only more serious: to get married and buy their own home, and definitely not with a mortgage, but to save up for an apartment on their own. "I did not have complete family, childhood was not easy. So now I really want a real one happy family with Ksyusha. It seems to me that it’s right to give new people to society,” shares Sergei Kutovoy.

Write a book and stand on both feet

Among Sergei Kutovoy's creative plans is a book. “I have a story to tell,” he says confidently.

In the meantime, the Arkhangelsk resident writes posts on Instagram.

As a friend, he knows how to motivate. He always asks why you are doing this, what you want to achieve with it. In this regard, we were thinking about master classes on the format Nick Vujicic(Australian motivational speaker with a hereditary condition that leaves him missing all his limbs. - Note ed.), - said a friend of Sergei Menua.

A week later a film will be released in which Sergei plays main role. Partner in the movie “Sergei Kutovoy. “I am taller than everyone,” became his twin brother Ivan. This is the brothers’ first filming experience, not counting Artem Gryanik’s video for Pavel Volya’s song “Two”. Film director Andrei Grigoriev saw him on the Internet and invited the guys to star in a full-length film.

We were unable to raise the full amount for the filming through crowdfunding, as we had originally planned, and we were forced to give back all the money and invest our own funds in the creation of the film. The film will be released in a week, before that it will be shown at the VKontakte festival,” said Sergei.

Sergei Kutovoy plans to get back on his feet not only figuratively, but also literally. A prosthesis will be made for him in St. Petersburg. The state allocates four and a half million rubles for it. “There are literally a couple of certificates left, and I will try. It’s not a fact that everything will work out, because my leg is cut very close, but perhaps soon I will be walking,” Sergei does not betray his excitement.

Do you know what I value Seryoga most for? Because he is disabled, but you don’t treat him like a disabled person. “It’s cool,” says his friend Anton. - Yesterday we took the oath at Menua. And it so happened that Seryoga was sitting on the windowsill, the stroller was removed, and everyone forgot that they actually needed to help him... Do you understand what I’m talking about? We didn't think anything was wrong.

Our communication is very simple, you don’t think about the fact that he’s in a wheelchair. He still teases us so much! - Mainua picks up.

For a long time, Sergei’s fans did not want to let him leave the Champ de Mars. The girls ran to take pictures and could not hold back their tears. But those were tears of joy. The guy never tired of saying “thank you” and, of course, soon a new post appeared on Sergei Kutovoy’s Instagram: “The huge charge of positivity and kindness that you gave me today will remain forever in my heart. Thank you!".
