The Boxberry delivery method has not been offered by the major postal intermediary Shopat for quite some time. Instead, the company allows parcels to be delivered using Shiptor Air, Shiptor Priority, Shiptor Express, which are offered by sister company Shiptor.

Boxberry (Boxberry) of course does not sit still even in terms of international delivery. Just think about delivery from the very famous foreign health and beauty store iHerb. In addition to stores, at the end of 2014 - beginning of 2015 the company began collaborating with a couple.

In 2015, the Russian company began to more actively develop the delivery market from the USA to Russia. Previously, the services of this company could be used mainly only for delivery within Russia. Then the Boxberry delivery method became available in some foreign online stores.

On this moment Several American and European postal intermediaries offer the Boxberry delivery method:


  • offers courier express delivery Shopfans Express and delivery to the pick-up point without combining Shopfans Lite parcels. Parcels are sent from a warehouse in the USA 3 times a week. Parcels after customs are transferred to the Boxberry courier service in Moscow (this is faster than using Boxberry to deliver directly from the USA).

  • FishisFast Global Forwarding (Fishisfast) offers delivery by Boxberry Delivery courier and delivery to the Boxberry Pick up point. Dispatch from the warehouse once a week (on Wednesday). To activate this delivery method, add an address with your passport information. This delivery method allows sending items only for personal use (not joint venture or resale) - clothing, shoes, cosmetics, toys, sporting goods. The transportation of electronics is strictly regulated by the customs legislation of the Russian Federation. Some electronic devices require certification and/or FSB notification. Gems and metals are not allowed to be sent by this method in any form. Volumetric weight is not taken into account! Weight Limit: 15 kg (33 lbs). Maximum size: length< 120 см, ширина, высота < 80 см.

  • By mail (Pochtoy) Among the delivery options from the USA to Russia, it offers courier delivery by Boxberry Courier (by Express Mail) and cheaper delivery to the Boxberry Local Pickup point (by Express Light Mail). Parcels are sent along the route New York → Moscow, and after clearing customs they are transferred to Boxberry for delivery to Russian customers. Parcels are sent from the warehouse 2 times a week (Tuesday and Friday). Average delivery time is 7-16 days, depending on the region of delivery. Weight no more than 31 kg, maximum dimensions - 120x80x50 cm. It is prohibited to send any purchases that can be regarded as commercial cargo (including due to the number of identical goods), as well as jewelry, fur products and electronics (electronics without FSB notification) . It is prohibited to ship batteries and accumulators separately from the main device. Any goods prohibited for international shipment are also prohibited. To send parcels using this delivery service, you need to upload a scan of the recipient's passport (main page and registration page). Also, when filling out the declaration, you must indicate a link to each product in the parcel, the product article (ASIN, SKU, etc.), and the name of the product in Russian and English. Boxberry may request invoices from you for goods in the parcel if required by customs. Insurance is already included in the shipping cost and is not paid separately. Payment of the insurance amount is made strictly according to the assessment of the goods specified in the customs declaration. The insurance covers both cases of non-delivery of a parcel (total loss) and theft of attachments.

  • Parcel (Qwintry) allows you to deliver parcels to the Boxberry pick-up point using Qwintry Air courier delivery. The average delivery time to Moscow is 8-14 days. Maximum shipment weight is 40 pounds. Parcel size limitation: the sum of three sides is no more than 150 cm, the length of one side is no more than a meter. Volumetric weight applies if the amount three sides exceeds 150 cm. Large parcels (the sum of the sides is more than 150 cm) may take a couple of days longer to be delivered.

  • BoxForward (NYCMSK) Among the delivery options from the USA to Russia, Boxberry offers with the possibility of delivery to the door or pick-up point. Delivery is carried out by air from New York to Moscow and then, after customs clearance, the parcels are transferred to our partner, Boxberry. Maximum side dimensions: 1.2 x 0.8 x 0.5 meters. Maximum parcel weight: 15 kg (in some cities delivery of larger loads is possible). The investment is automatically insured against damage and loss for free in the amount of $20 per kilogram of weight. It is also possible to purchase additional insurance at the rate of 1.5% of the insured value of the investment. To register a parcel, you must fill out a detailed declaration in your personal account on the website, attaching documents confirming the purchase of the goods (receipts/invoices from the store). It is also necessary to provide a copy of the first two spreads of the parcel recipient's passport. Jewelry, flammable and explosive items, chemicals and mercury, firearms and ammunition, narcotic substances, medications and other items prohibited for export from the USA/import into the recipient’s country. Preparation and verification of documentation for a batch of parcels at the warehouse can take from 2 to 4 days, after which the batch is transferred to the air carrier. Air transportation and customs clearance of cargo take from 1-3 days (not including weekends), after which the parcels will be delivered to recipients within 3-8 days, depending on the region.

  • Shipito Among the delivery options from the USA to Russia, it offers courier delivery by Boxberry Courier and cheaper delivery to the point of pickup by Boxberry Local Pickup.

  • EasyShip- a small intermediary. Offers EasyShip Express delivery methods to Boxberry pick-up locations, as well as EasyShip Express Courier with Boxberry courier delivery to your door. Delivery is carried out by Trans Business Logistics LLC without the participation of Russian Post. The cost of goods in the parcel is no more than 1000 euros. The weight of a parcel for courier delivery should not exceed 25 kg, and for delivery to a pick-up point - 30 kg. The parcel is tracked in your personal account before arriving in Russia, after which - on the courier service website. The cost of insurance protection is 3% of the order value. The company's warehouse is located in the tax-free state of Delaware.

  • delivers “Our Express” parcels throughout Russia using Boxberry. Delivery available to your door or to Boxberry pickup locations.

  • Alfaparcel among delivery options from the UK and Germany, Boxberry offers home delivery or to the order pick-up point (pickup point, pick-up point)

  • allows you to deliver parcels to a Boxberry pick-up point using LiteMF Air. Dimensions limitation: length + 2 (width + height) no more than 250 cm, max. length 120 cm. Maximum weight 10 kg. For each product in the parcel, you must provide the name, link, price and document confirming payment for the order. Parcels are sent 2 times. To fill out the declaration, you must provide invoices for payment for each product in the parcel and links to these (or similar) products in the online store. When using this method for the first time, as well as when changing the delivery address, it is necessary to confirm the address by providing scans (photos) of the first page of the recipient’s general passport and the page with registration.   • Eurosell

When using the Boxberry delivery method, you need to take into account that other companies may also be involved in the delivery chain. For example, the postal intermediary NYCMSK delivers parcels by air from New York to Moscow and only after customs clearance transfers the parcels to the Boxberry company. At the same time, Boxberry can carry out customs clearance of shipments in European Union and Moscow.

Approximate delivery stages when using Boxberry for delivery from America to Russia using a postal intermediary:

Depending on the weight and dimensions, the cost of air delivery of a Boxberry parcel from the USA to Russia can be significantly lower or 10-20% cheaper than the American state mail USPS Priority Mail. However, be sure to pay attention to the fact that the maximum weight of the package may be limited to a lower weight than that of the USPS state mail.

In addition, it is important to remember that Boxberry is Express delivery, therefore, any value of the goods requires customs clearance. For customs clearance, you will have to provide the recipient's passport information, invoices from stores (order confirmations) and even links to goods in stores. If you comply with the duty-free customs limit (1000 euros, 31 kg, for personal use), you do not need to pay extra for customs clearance.

After the parcel appears in Russia, Boxberry sends an SMS message. The Boxberry company has more than 100 pick-up points in Russia. If you pick up the parcel at a pick-up point, you must do this within 14 days.

Each self-pickup point (order pick-up point or PVZ for short) may have its own weight limit (15-31 kg). The postal intermediary (mail forwarder, parcel forwarder) can limit the weight of a parcel delivered by the Boxberry method to fifteen kilograms.

When using the Boxberry shipping method from the USA or Europe to Russia, be sure to take into account product restrictions. In particular, goods prohibited for import into Russia are obviously prohibited from being delivered using the Boxberry method.

Often, when using a Boxberry pickup point, the parcel is handed over with the mark “without opening.” At the same time, employees of pick-up points claim that it depends on the sender. If upon receipt of the parcel you notice that it has been opened or damaged, then it is best to open the parcel at the pick-up point, and be sure to film this process on video. If you find problems with the attachment or its absence, then it is advisable to draw up a report, even if the employee at the issuing point agrees to act only as individual. Otherwise, it is unlikely that you will be able to receive a refund from the store or postal intermediary. If you use the latter, then pay attention to the insurance rules, as well as instructions indicating the sequence of actions in case of receiving a damaged or opened parcel.

Delivery time for orders from iHerb to Russia by service Boxberry amounts to 1-3 weeks depending on destination. Arrives in Moscow in a week. Restrictions:

Boxberry delivery is calculated according to the following scheme: the higher the order amount and the lower its weight and volume, the less you will have to pay for its delivery. That is, in general, it is more profitable to type what is easier, smaller in size and more expensive. At the same time, iHerb has products with the “economy delivery” option - the presence of such products in the order helps reduce its cost.

Moreover, if your purchase from iHerb is worth over 60 dollars, then preferential delivery rates come into effect, and then it will be delivered to Boxberry pick-up points and PickPoint parcel terminals free, and courier is either inexpensive or also free.

Also keep in mind that the cost is calculated noticeably lower for delivery to large cities and their suburbs than to more remote settlements. Moreover, the cost may be different for seemingly equidistant from some large city settlements. So sometimes it makes sense to check different Boxberry pick-up branches if it’s convenient for you.

All shipments from iHerb transported by Boxberry are insured. Therefore, if the package suddenly gets lost or something in it is damaged along the way, you will receive full refund.

This means that after you collect all the desired items in the cart, at the bottom of it in the “Find out the delivery cost” block, enter your postal code, click the “Calculate” button, and then select one of two options:

  • Boxberry - Pick-up points and parcel terminals
  • Boxberry - Courier delivery

Boxberry order tracking from iHerb

After sending your order from iHerb by Boxberry service You will immediately be provided with a tracking number to track your parcel. But you will be able to directly start tracking it, that is, see where it is currently located, only 2-3 days after that.

You can see where your parcel is going by clicking on the button "Track my parcel" in an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. This can be done in your account on the iHerb website in the section "Orders" by clicking on the appropriate button next to the order of interest.

After which a page will open with the current status of the parcel and the history of its movement. When you click on the button "View departure history" the full path of the order will be displayed, and when you click on its number next to the Boxberry icon, you will be redirected to their website with similar information.

Delivery times on average for Russia vary from 3 to 4 weeks. But it can take up to 12 weeks.

The COST of delivery is paid only and is calculated automatically in the cart in accordance with the cost, weight and parameters of the goods contained in the cart. General pattern: the lighter and more expensive (closer to $100) the basket, the cheaper the delivery. The maximum tariff for this method from my experience is about $12.

IMPORTANT! If you lose a parcel delivered by Global Post, there is a high probability that the iHerb website will not reimburse you for the cost of the order, although you can find stories on the Internet when iHerb nevertheless agreed to fully refund the cost of the lost shipment.

PLACE OF RECEIPT: to choose from: delivery to the door (courier delivery) or self-collection at the point of issue (abbreviated as PVZ). This method is available in cities where there are Boxberry branches. You can view the list on the Boxberry website or when choosing this delivery method in the iHerb store.
RESTRICTIONS: Maximum parcel weight: 5 kg and maximum order amount: $150 (after deducting loyalty bonuses).

Delivery times on average for Russia vary from 7 (mainly for Moscow and St. Petersburg) to 18 days. But it can take up to 8 weeks.

PRICE

1) Boxberry courier delivery - paid, is calculated automatically in the cart in accordance with the cost, weight and parameters of the goods contained in the cart.

From time to time, the iHerb website experiences crashes and this method delivery may be reflected as free, pay attention when ordering, maybe you'll get lucky somehow.

If you need courier delivery, but the site charges an expensive one, then you can order delivery to the point of issue (see below for which orders delivery to the pickup point is free), and upon arrival in your city, you can re-register for courier by phone. In my city the cost of the service is 250 rubles.

2) Delivery to Boxberry pick-up point - FREE for orders over $60 (there are exceptions, more details below) or for orders under $60 containing items marked “save shipping” (more details in the post on).

The cost of delivery of orders that do not fall under the free conditions is calculated automatically when placing an order in accordance with the cost, weight and parameters of the goods contained in the cart.

EXCEPTIONS TO FREE SHIPPING RULE WITH iHerb FOR ORDERS OVER $60

From May 1, 2017, an additional fee was introduced for the delivery of heavy goods. Even if the cart value is more than $60, a fee is charged, which is highlighted in red next to the paid item in the cart.

Based personal experience I wrote simple recommendations that will help you reach free shipping, although with some particularly heavy and cheap goods no tricks help.

LIFE GUIDE FROM COSMETIX: RULES FOR REDUCING OR NULLING DELIVERY FOR HEAVY GOODS.

1) The more items in a basket with heavy goods labeled “economical delivery” (for more details, see the publication on),the more the fee for heavy goods tends to 0.

2) The closer the order cost minus loyalty bonuses is to $150, the more the fee for heavy goods tends to 0.

3) The more light and expensive goods there are in a basket with heavy goods, the more the fee for heavy goods tends to 0. Those. the less total weight parcels and the higher the cost (remember about the threshold of 5 kg and $150), the greater the chance of receiving free delivery for heavy items.

4) The more heavy and cheap goods in the cart, the farther the delivery cost goes from 0. Try NOT to order several heavy and cheap items together.

5) Even little things with “economical delivery” sometimes save the situation. To do this we go to CHAPTER, select sorting by weight - “Lightest”, and start looking for what you need. Surely, among the huge number of little things, something will be useful for you and the cost of delivery.

Finally the last point. Even if you can’t manage to reset the delivery to zero, then think about it: sometimes an additional fee of 1-2 $ will be more expedient and will save money on buying unnecessary jars thrown into the parcel just to reduce the cost of delivery.

DELIVERY QUALITY

Regardless of the delivery option, all products from iHerb come in strong cardboard boxes. Almost always fragile products are very well packaged and padded packaging materials.

TRACKING

Global Post packages only have limited tracking until the packages arrive in the destination country. Order status is not available in the destination country. Final delivery is carried out by the local postal service, in Russia this is Russian Post. I have come across information that sometimes parcels are still tracked on the official website of our mail or through numerous tracking sites. Upon arrival, wait for a notification in your mailbox.

Upon arrival you will receive a notification via SMS and e-mail. If you have chosen home delivery, the Boxberry manager will additionally contact you to agree on a delivery date. The tracking number (track) will be sent to you by email in the shipping letter, and you can also view it in your account. Order tracking becomes available a few days after shipment. Therefore, do not worry if the information on the parcel is not updated for several days or even a week from the date of payment.

How to send goods via Boxberry?

List of branches through which you can send a parcel. If there is no branch for sending in your locality, but you are ready to send through a branch in another locality, then in the delivery details you must indicate the actual city of departure (you can completely copy the address of the selected branch).

When the buyer has chosen delivery of goods using Boxberry (pickup from the branch or delivery by courier), he pays its cost along with the purchase of the goods. The seller only needs to send the goods following the instructions:

1. Select the appropriate order in the “Sold” section, go to “Order Details” and “Confirm Order”.

In the list of Boxberry branches you can see a convenient point for sending. Please note that the list is generated in the locality that you specified in the delivery details. It is not possible to change the location after the buyer has paid for the goods.

2. Once the order is confirmed, a “shipment number” will be assigned. Be sure to show it to the delivery service employee.

The actual shipment number must match the number assigned in the Yula application. Otherwise the transaction will be cancelled.

3. Pack the goods.

Boxberry accepts parcels weighing up to 15 kg. The dimensions of your product should be no more than 50cm*80cm*120cm and in total not exceed 250cm.

To track your parcel you need to take a few simple steps.
1. Go to home page
2. Enter the track code in the field with the heading "Track postal item"
3. Click on the "Track parcel" button located to the right of the field.
4. After a few seconds, the tracking result will be displayed.
5. Study the result, and especially carefully the latest status.
6. Forecasted delivery period is displayed in the track code information.

If the seller promised that the parcel would arrive in two weeks, but the parcel takes more than two weeks, this is normal, the sellers are interested in sales, and that’s why they are misleading.

If the status of the postal item does not change for 7 - 20 days, do not worry, this is a normal phenomenon for international postal items.

If your previous orders arrived in 2-3 weeks, and the new parcel takes more than a month, this is normal, because... parcels go on different routes, different ways, they can wait 1 day for shipment by plane, or maybe a week.

If the parcel has left the sorting center, customs, intermediate point and there are no new statuses within 7 - 20 days, do not worry, the parcel is not a courier who is delivering the parcel from one city to your home. In order for it to appear new status, the package must arrive, unload, scan, etc. at the next sorting point or post office, and this takes much more time than just getting from one city to another.
