Zucchini stuffed with meat, baked in the oven, recipe No. 1

What you will need for the recipe:

  • A kilo of young zucchini
  • Three hundred grams of any minced meat
  • A couple of medium tomatoes
  • One large sweet pepper
  • Onion
  • Medium sized carrots
  • 50 grams of hard cheese
  • Two tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Spices and salt to your taste

How we will cook:

Cut the tomatoes and peppers into small cubes. Also chop one hundred grams of zucchini. Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion.

Fry the onion and carrots in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Mix with minced meat and add all other chopped vegetables, salt and sprinkle with spices if you like.

We choose young zucchini, so there is no need to peel the skin. We cut them into circles, each three to four centimeters thick, and take out the middle with a spoon. Place on a greased baking sheet or mold and fill with minced meat, put mayonnaise and a little grated cheese on top. put it in the oven, it needs to be preheated to 180 degrees and bake for an hour. How to prepare the dish correctly:

Peel and chop the garlic as you like, mix with minced meat. Rinse the greens, finely chop them and add them to the minced meat, add rice, and don’t forget to add salt and pepper.

We cut the tomatoes into thin slices, and the zucchini into plastic pieces, five centimeters wide. We take out the core, as in the first recipe, stuff it with minced meat, cover it with a slice of tomato on top and put it in a convenient bowl. You need to pour just a little water on the bottom and sprinkle the top with grated cheese, bake until completely cooked.

For this recipe you need to take:

  • Two very young zucchini
  • Three hundred grams of minced poultry meat
  • Chicken raw egg
  • Onion
  • One hundred grams of Dutch cheese, you can take another hard variety

  • Three ripe fleshy tomatoes
  • Onion

  • A couple of cloves of garlic

How to prepare the boats:

I take young zucchini, 25 centimeters long, for the boats. Their skin is still tender and there are almost no seeds, but we still won’t need the middle. We wash them under the tap, remove the tails and cut them in half lengthwise. From two zucchini you get four blanks for boats. We take out the middle with a spoon, and place the zucchini on a greased sheet, cut it and bake for fifteen minutes in the oven.

To make the filling, we chop the onions and garlic and fry them together in a frying pan with butter; when they become soft, add half of the zucchini pulp that we took out into the frying pan, before cutting it into cubes. It is enough to fry it for seven minutes. Now we transfer everything from the frying pan so that there is oil left on it, it is on it that we will fry our minced meat, until cooked, this is about ten minutes.

Mix the minced meat with fried garlic and onions, add salt and pepper, add chopped herbs, mix everything and fill our squash boats. Place the boats on a baking sheet, now “on the bottom”. Place the tomato slices nicely on top and place in the oven for twenty minutes. Then take it out, sprinkle it with grated cheese and bake until the cheese melts.

Zucchini stuffed with meat and mushrooms in the oven


What we will need for the recipe:

  • A couple of medium-sized young zucchini
  • Two hundred grams of mushrooms, I have champignons
  • Three large tomatoes
  • Two hundred grams of minced pork and beef
  • Two medium onions
  • Butter
  • Bunch of greens to taste
  • One hundred grams of cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Spices and salt

How to cook this dish:

We rinse the zucchini and cut it into rings about seven centimeters thick, taking out the centers with a spoon. We lay them out on a sheet and bake them for about ten minutes so that they are softer.

We can leave them on the same baking sheet or transfer them to another form and start making minced meat. I chop the already washed mushrooms in a blender and fry them in a frying pan with butter, then I add finely chopped onion to them. You need to fry until the onion is transparent.

Only then add the minced meat to the frying pan and quickly fry it until it just “sets”, and don’t forget to salt and season everything with spices.

Now let's move on to the zucchini. Let's make “bottoms” from tomato slices, put the minced meat on top, add a spoonful of sour cream directly to the minced meat so that it is not so dry. The top is again made of tomato and a piece of butter. Bake for twenty minutes, then you will need to take them out and sprinkle with pre-grated cheese and bake until it melts.

Zucchini stuffed with meat and rice in the oven

We will use the following products:

  • A third of a glass of vegetable oil

Make cups from the zucchini by cutting them five centimeters thick and removing the core. Place them in hot, lightly salted water and boil for seven minutes.

We also boil the rice in lightly salted water and, while it is hot, add a piece of butter and stir.

Chop the onion and carrots and fry them a little, add the minced meat, fry for about fifteen minutes and season with spices and salt.

Place zucchini circles on the pan, put minced meat inside, add sour cream on top and bake. After fifteen minutes, add cheese and wait for it to melt.

  • Boiled chicken breast
  • Two tablespoons of boiled rice

  • Processed cheese
