The subtle Tejas Tattva and its Bija "RAM" are located in the Manipura Chakra, and the gross fire, known as Vaishvanara, is located in the physical abdomen, which is ruled by the subtle center. This Bija represents the Tattva predominant in this center and the essence of its activity. According to the symbolism that we follow in all this work, Bija is sitting on the elephant Airavata, which is also located here. The elephant, like other animals placed in the Chakras, is intended to symbolically convey the quality of the Tattva that predominates there. So the elephant - a symbol of strength and durability - corresponds to the Tattva of the earth. In addition, these animals are carriers of Devatas. So, in this chakra there is the seed (Bija) of the Indra Mantra, whose carrier is the elephant Airavata. The Devata of this center, according to the texts, is the creative Brahma, whose Shakti is Savitri. There is also a Shakti called Dakini and other Shaktis who follow her - Lakini and others. There are also Shakti Dhatus (bodily substances) intended for this and other centers. The “female” triangle (Yoni, vagina), known as Traipura, is also located here. This is Shaktipitha, in which resides the “male” Shiva Linga, Swayambhu, which is said to resemble a young leaf in shape and color. He creates all Devas and Devatas, Maya-Shakti and Chit-Shakti, and all aspects of Brahman manifesting in other centers. (Shat-Chakra Nirupana, 4-14) There are four Lingams in total: Swayambhu Lingam, Itara Lingam, Bana Lingam and Para Lingam. According to the Yogini Hridaya Tantra (chapter 1) they are called so because they lead to Chit. They - Pitha, Kamarupa and the rest - reflect Chit, and are forms of Manas, Ahamkara, Buddhi and Chitta. The first three lingas include some symbolic shapes and colors - yellow, red, white; triangle and circle - and some letters: 16 vowels, consonants from Ka to Ta (soft) and from Tha to Sa. Para-linga is formless, colorless and letterless, for in it resides the total aggregate of all letters in the form of bliss. The Traipura triangle (in Muladhara) is a reflection in the Jiva of the Kamakala triangle, which is located in the Sahasrara. Devi Kundalini, sparkling like lightning, shines in the cavity of this lotus like a chain of brilliant lights; she confounds the whole world by maintaining the breath of all living beings, and she lies asleep, curled three and a half times around the Swayambhu Lingam, and closes with her head the entrance of the Brahma-dvara, the Gate of Brahman.

Third chakra.. (Mercury, solar plexus, yellow, animal level)

The third chakra is a source of self-confidence, awareness of one’s own strength, the ability to distance oneself from the influence of the outside world and at the same time influence this world oneself. The third chakra gives you insight into what is right and wrong in the outside world. It is she who gives you the strength to defend your beliefs and resist the blows of fate that befall you.
Insight is the main characteristic of a healthy third chakra. You have to know when to stop, when to give up pleasure - it's all part of self-control. It should be directed not only to the outside world, but also inside yourself. It's there correct use actually will. Until you balance your internal energy, events in the external world will not return to normal. If you have managed to balance your third chakra, you know that you can achieve your goals, enjoy the results and feel secure. Your self-confidence is rooted in the awareness of harmony. “To have a calm and harmonious life, give up the need to be right.” The level of consciousness of the third chakra is the awareness of one’s own strength and significance in the world. A person at this level of inquiry has powerful willpower.

Manipura (Nabhi-padma).

It is called so because, according to the Gautamiya Tantra, there is fierce Tejas, sparkling like a jewel. This lotus has 10 petals, on which are the letters: Dam, Dham, Nam, Tam, Tham, Ddam, Ddham, Nnam, Pam, Pham. This is the triangular region of Tejas Tattva, and in the triangle there are three swastikas. The red Bija of fire - "RAM" - sits on a ram, the bearer of Agni - the god of fire. Here is the old red Rudra, stained with white ash, and Shakti Lakini, who, as the ruler of this digestive center, is considered to be “the lover of animal food, whose breast is red with the blood flowing from her mouth.” Lakini and other special Shakti in the centers described here are the Shakti of the yogi himself, Shakti Dhatu, each intended for its own bodily center. Concentration on these centers may include satisfying the appetite of these goddesses. It is believed that the Shakti of the higher centers does not eat meat. From these three centers the gross Virat develops - the body in the waking state.

This is the center of the individual Self. Individualization of consciousness begins after the survival and continuation of the species is ensured, and the sense of self as a unique being begins to develop. The third chakra is the seat of individualization of consciousness. It is the center of personal power and the source of will. The third chakra creates a desire for self-affirmation, personal identity and individual strength, preparing us to take on the challenges of living in this world. This center can be extremely powerful. If a person has personal charisma, then it comes from here.

Paranormal abilities

Telepathy, psychic abilities, vision of the past and future (not always accurate), the ability to know the history of an object. Psychological abilities of benevolence and compassion. The desire to help without suppression. The ability to find things, to see with the inner eye, “X-ray” vision.

Mentally

Refers to the digestive system, liver, stomach, gall bladder, menstruation, breathing, vision.

Dysfunctions

Fear, anxiety, lethargy, anger. This is a zone of psychosomatic illnesses.

Sense organ

Organ of action

Energy disturbances

Blockages of the biofield in this place can be felt manually, usually these are expressions of stress, anger, excitement, fear, nervousness.

Feeling on the palms

Ruling planet

Sun (Mars - according to other sources).

Tattva (element)

Fire.
Tattva shape: triangle.

Predominant feeling

Yantra form

Inverted triangle. A red triangle, pointing downwards, is placed in a circle, which is surrounded by ten petals. This triangle represents the shape of fire. The third chakra is also called the solar plexus; it is dominated by the element of fire, which promotes digestion, that is, providing the body with the energy necessary for life.

The triangle is the simplest of the regular ones geometric shapes- it has only three sides, but is an integral unit. Visualization plays a huge role in the life of a person with a predominant third chakra. Fire dominates his consciousness, and the heat emanating from such a person can be felt at a distance. An inverted triangle means a downward movement of energy.

Circle with ten petals. The petals symbolize the ten main nerve endings, the ten sources from which energy is drawn. Energy extends in ten dimensions; its structure is no longer round or square, and its movement, unlike the second chakra, ceases to be circular. The petals have a blue color, similar to the blue flame of the brightest fire. In addition, these ten petals represent the ten pranas, life-giving breaths, in the forms of rudras (primary forms of Shiva). Each petal represents some aspect of Braddha-Rudra (Ancient Shiva).

Sense organ: eyes.
Organ of action: legs.

Bija sound

RAM. To pronounce this sound, your lips should be given a triangular shape and your tongue should rest on the roof of your mouth. The main center of concentration when pronouncing this sound is the navel. When pronounced correctly, the sound RAM increases the power of digestion, absorption and assimilation. In addition, this sound brings longevity - the main goal of a person with a dominant third chakra motivation.

The PAM bija always fits into the triangle. The crimson-red, downward-facing Manipura-Chakra triangle has three “doors”. The nature of fire is to move upward, and when the sound PAM is pronounced correctly, the flame of the manipura chakra will rise.

Bija bearer

Ram. The bearer of the PAM sound bija is the ram - the vehicle of the fire god Agni. The ram personifies the qualities of a person with a predominant third chakra: physical strength and the ability to overcome obstacles by storm.

The solar plexus corresponds to the third chakra, the seat of fire in the body. A person of this chakra is subject to reason and fire, which are of solar nature. He leads an active social life and moves towards his goal like a ram, that is, without thinking about the consequences. Such a person walks with a proud gait, he is intoxicated with vanity and is very concerned about following the latest fashion and keeping up with the times.

Shakti

Lakini. The shakti of the third chakra, Lakini, has three heads; the field of vision extends to three planes: physical, astral and celestial. Lakini Shakti is armed with independence and fire. According to Shatchakra-nirupana, she has dark skin and her sari yellow color. In one of her four hands, Lakini Shakti holds a thunder arrow, or vajra, indicating both the electrical nature of fire and the physical heat emanating from the body. In the second hand of the goddess is clutched an arrow fired from the bow of Kama, the god of erotic love of the second chakra. The flight of this arrow to the target becomes the motivating force for the upward movement of energy. On the palm of the third hand there are flames blazing. Lakini's fourth hand is folded into the mudra (gesture) of fearlessness.

Chakra problems

III chakra - problems of power and dominance.

Left side: Family and home problems, dominant husband or wife, too much worry, fuss. Dejection and melancholy.
Right side: Foods harmful to the liver; fastidiousness. Too much passion for the future and planning.
Central side: Asceticism, alcohol and drugs, excessive criticism, fanaticism, disorder in oneself and in the house, fasting or too much interest in food.

Effects of Meditation

Meditation on this chakra brings knowledge of physiology, understanding of the internal functions of the body and the influence of the endocrine glands on human emotions. Focusing on the navel, the center of gravity of the body, relieves a person from indigestion, constipation and any intestinal diseases, which brings long and healthy life. A person loses his selfishness and gains the power to create and destroy the world. The fluidity inherent in the second chakra takes the form of pragmatism. Fantasies are embodied in a practical form, and a person acquires the abilities of a leader and organizer. He achieves control over speech and is able to express his thoughts extremely effectively.

Cloth

In clothes they prefer that they convey a feeling of comfort; they often prefer things that weigh something but remain mobile. For example, leather jackets.

Communication

When communicating, they often lean back to be persuasive, unlike tadpoles (people with leading ajna), who lean forward to be persuasive.

They eat in the head, as it should be. They prefer to eat with their hands without unnecessary complications. They eat noisily and with pleasure.

Speech

In the speech of “pot-bellied” people, we can often hear imperative verbs at the end of the phrase: go, carry, give, and at the beginning - pronouns: I and ME. People with great abs also like to use interjections: hey, shh, sha and the like. Mat, by the way, is localized precisely on this chakra, which naturally does not mean that it is necessary to develop abs... although :-) there are such technologies. The speech of the press often sounds “motivational” - with an increase in volume at the end of the word while maintaining speed or even slowing it down.

Below are some interesting statistics about the war ( favorite hobby manipura) and speech.

They like to occupy the center of free space when standing.

The sounds are the vowel Y and the consonant R.

Job

They prefer, if they are to work, then for a percentage of the profit, they do not accept salary as a financial payment.

Primary center

Primary center associated with the element of fire. Metal red gold (gold+copper).

Together with ajna, it represents the “Will” of the individual, being responsible in this paired connection for the process of implementing the decision: “The boy did it.” The alarm clock rang - I got up, decided to call - it rang. There is no pause between “the boy decided” and “the boy does it.” Everything according to the “concepts” and at once. In Sufism there is a rule of thumb: one day, any task or desire to be completed and done, done, done - there is no time to study.

The most social chakra. She is responsible for power, career, self-confidence, the ability to take and delegate responsibility, the ability to lead, and the ability to earn money.

If you are unable to express the “negative” energies (anger, indignation, indignation) of the energy of this chakra outwardly, such diseases as gastritis, ulcers, and enuresis arise.

At temperature, manipura usually works to release energy to the outside; the body heats up - the energy flow works excessively counterclockwise. AND if you need to restore the temperature faster, you need to put right palm on the press, do circular rotations clockwise.

It usually begins to develop in children around the age of two, when the concept of “I” is formed. For girls a little earlier. Girls are generally more loved by nature :-). It is important not to suppress the first manifestations of this chakra, when the child begins to speak with imperative verbs and becomes “stupefied,” but to direct this energy in the right direction.

A simple example: in our country they emphasize in red (pressed), and sometimes, out of “great intelligence”, they cross out in notebooks what the teacher does not agree with. And so for 10 or more years, constantly, little by little destroying the manipura. And in Japan, the same red color is used to emphasize what the teacher agrees with. And even up to 5 years in the land of the rising sun, a child’s manipuric manifestations (making noise, writing with lipstick on the mirror in a hairdresser) are inviolable, the chakra is allowed to form so that “it” can continue to work for the benefit of the country and society.

In fairness, it should be noted that in the CIS there are teachers who emphasize in red (maniura) what is cool and correct, and in blue (ajna) what needs to be corrected. Let's hope this becomes the norm.

They can say hello and start communication from a distance of hearing and say hello, for example, “Why are you sitting? Get up already, let’s go,” they can calmly turn their back to you and go in the direction indicated by them as going. It is quite natural to expect that you will follow there. To the tadpole’s question, “Why are you swearing?”, sincerely surprised, he will answer, “Why waste time?” It is important to understand that behind the manipura form there is usually content in any zone from the heart to the head. It is important to be able to listen, not hear.

For example, when communicating with an interlocutor, while walking, he suddenly stops for a reason that is “understandable” only to him and as a matter of course, communicate with the place where they plan that you will stand, the interlocutor has a feeling that he is forced, without warning: to stop, turn around and take a couple of steps back in a very “peculiar” way. One of the reasons for this behavior is that with strong emotional involvement in a conversation, they prefer to take a stable position in space - activation of the tailbone.

Upper part of the manipura

Responsible for managing a group of people, the ability to take responsibility for a company, family as a whole, country, or the ability to delegate responsibility to a group of people.

Middle part of manipura

Responsible for self-confidence, for the ability to insist on one’s own, for the ability to be responsible for the “market”: if I told myself that I would do it, then I will definitely do it.

Lower part of manipura

Responsible for the ability to manage (lead) one person and take responsibility for him. And for the ability to delegate responsibility to one specific person.

Shiva Samhita

“5.79. The Manipura Lotus is located near the navel. Its color is golden: ten petals: Da, Dha, Na, Ta, Tha, Da, Dha, NNa, Pa, Pha.

5.80. Its lord is Rudra, the giver of all blessings, and its goddess is Lakini.

5.81. When a yogi meditates on Manipura, he receives Potala Siddhi (permanent happiness). He becomes the lord of desires, destroys sorrows and illnesses, cheats death and can enter the body of another.

5.82. He can create gold, see initiates, discover cures for diseases, and find hidden treasures.”

Manipura and diseases

Manipura is associated with the following organs: stomach, gastrointestinal tract (with the exception of the upper part of the esophagus), intestines - primarily the small intestine, the large intestine is more associated with muladhara, top part kidneys and adrenal glands (adrenaline, etc.), liver, spleen, spine at the manipura level, pancreas.

Oppressed manipura is formed in people who constantly “bend”, who are being bent. Such a person is not inclined to take responsibility for his actions, but shifts it onto someone else. A person tends to live in debt. A person does not have the ability to defend his interests.

Manipura is responsible for dominance, for a person’s ability to dominate among his own kind. If a person has this ability weakened or blocked, then he gives his manipura energy to other people. What they give back to him is what he eats. If he gives more than he has, if he is constantly oppressed, the image of a “little man” is formed, then manipura is naturally oppressed. In medicine, this condition is called psychological stress, a person constantly has a feeling of anxiety, how will I live, fears - these are all syndromes of broken manipura.

The loss of manipura energy is a feeling of fear. Anxiety is also a broken manipura. Broken, oppressed manipura leads primarily to increased acidity and gastritis. An ulcer is the result of someone else’s position being imposed on a person, but he accepts it. He would like to change, but he cannot, because he does not know how to defend himself - an ulcer is guaranteed. There is a concept in psychology that an ulcer is auto-aggression. When a person is attacked, he develops aggression, but he cannot express aggression towards another person and expresses it towards himself, self-criticism.

Liver diseases are most often associated with a person’s anger, which may or may not be expressed. A person accumulates anger in himself and from this anger he also becomes sick. Liver and gallbladder are husband-wife in the Chinese system. If a person’s liver is excited, the gallbladder pathways are inhibited. Bile is not released intensively, stagnation occurs, flakes form in stagnant bile, stick together, and stones form.

All kinds of diseases of the pancreas, such as pancreatitis, arise due to specific manipular disorders. My personal statistics in this area are small, but the most likely reason is the lack of internal right to initiative. A good person, he has manipura, but if he takes the initiative, does something of his own (lower manipura), he may develop diseases of the pancreas.

Diseases of the duodenum are a disease of depressed manipura, self-criticism, I did not notice any radical differences in causes from a regular ulcer.

Manipura disease, oddly enough, is diabetes. The reason is a general feeling of dissatisfaction with life, this is not so, this is not so, i.e. no internal combustion.

Diseases of excited manipura. The tendency to solve all problems only with the help of manipura. The state of the "eternal warrior". This may be due to blockage of anahata or svadhisthana. Such people are characterized by redness of the face and dry physique. A person’s anahata or svadhisthana is suppressed, sometimes both, overexcitation of the capillary system occurs, and the capillaries begin to burst. Manipura is excited, and acidity in this case decreases. A person emits too much manipura energy, but there is none left inside him. Such a person’s stomach becomes hypersensitive and he suffers from constant poisoning.

Another interesting point is that the inability to conceive is often associated with depressed manipura. If the patient has a pierced manipura, especially if it is pierced by the father, she may have problems conceiving. Until she removes her father from manipura, which means learning not to depend on him emotionally, until then conception is problematic. Although it seems that the uterus is at the level of svadhisthana, nevertheless, it is connected with the fetus through manipura, and, apparently, energy goes to the fetus through the mother’s manipura, and not through svadhisthana. If manipura is suppressed, then the fetus cannot receive energy even in the initial stages, the woman becomes pregnant and has miscarriages. It is necessary to remove from manipura the one who sits there, to remove one’s dependence on anyone’s opinions, concepts, relationships, to feel like an independent, independent person. From a karmic point of view, this is understandable: if a person is not self-sufficient and independent, then the new born person will be psychologically damaged. Who needs this? Here is a soul that wants to incarnate and ignores such parents.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, sapien platea morbi dolor lacus nunc, nunc ullamcorper. Felis aliquet egestas vitae, nibh ante quis quis dolor sed mauris. Erat lectus sem ut lobortis, adipiscing ligula eleifend, sodales fringilla mattis dui nullam. Ac massa aliquet.

Manipura chakra and diseases

Manipura belongs to the element “Fire” and is located on the spine in the navel area. It corresponds to the center of the solar plexus. Yogis claim that one who has mastered it can find treasures and is freed from all diseases. He has no fear of fire. Even if he is thrown into the fire, he will remain alive and will not experience the fear of death.

This center can also be called the center of fear. Fears, like flies, multiply and are recorded in it, because they have a dual nature, and It is in this center that we give a positive or negative assessment to the events that occur in our lives.

Let's say you say to yourself: “I am above everyone / I am better than everyone.” Because life is a dualistic thing, it will always present you with situations where your authority will be questioned and you will be ignored, when your opinion of yourself will not be confirmed by other people. Then your belief will crumble into “I am higher/better than everyone - I am lower/worse than everyone,” and a polar pair will be formed, due to which you will begin to move forward.

On the one hand, it will force you to constantly prove, confirm to yourself and everyone that you are still higher and better. On the other hand, it will sow confusion and fear in your soul of being worse and lower. This is how assessments feed fears and give them life.

As long as your thoughts contain polarity, fears will exist - no matter how much effort you put into getting rid of them. Your thoughts, including new ones, should be composed in such a way that they strive to unite opposites, to the maximum absence of evaluations.

If we talk about the emotions stored in this center, they are associated with the efforts shown by a person in the struggle for having influence and power, with control over oneself and other people, with feelings of dominance over people and suppressing them. This is where stomach and duodenal ulcers come from.

This is also where the emotional trauma associated with feelings of conformity to one's position and feelings of competition resides. Sexual problems affect the state of this center if sexual relations are seen as competition, as possession - who will have who - or if they create a feeling of guilt in a person, as, for example, in rape, when a woman begins to blame herself for what happened. There is also the fear of “What to do?”, the fear of teachers and authorities.

The front aspect of this chakra - ZA - is responsible for receiving great pleasure from life and experiencing a sense of openness. Spiritual wisdom and awareness of the universality of life are also formed here, when you gradually begin to perceive life with all its phenomena as a single and harmonious whole, without cutting out pieces from it with the help of assessments. Through this same chakra you begin to understand your place within the universe.

If you have removed all assessments, if you have learned to embrace the world and life with a single glance, there are no questions left for you like “Am I doing this and am I there?” Full knowledge comes to you that you are where you are and doing what you are doing. And you begin to understand the same about other people. All competition with them, all assessments and dissatisfaction with the situation go away. You also begin to see that every person is beautiful and talented in their own way and everyone has their place. The same goes for you.

The result of such work with yourself is complete physical health, and you yourself get the opportunity to heal people. To do this, you don’t even need to do any special actions. It is enough just to be with a person and talk to him about trifles, and everything begins to improve for him. The posterior aspect of the third chakra is already responsible for this.

The posterior aspect - ZB - is responsible for healing, attentiveness and determination in relation to one's health.

Voltage 1

A person’s stomach is formed due to the presence of precisely these fears - and, of course, some others. The ligaments and muscles on the spine in the lumbar region weaken and redistribute their stress so that, as a result, the spine in this place begins to fall forward. On the other hand, such a dip in the spine is helped by the muscles of the abdomen itself. To protect a person, they swell and move forward and down, creating free space inside the abdomen, which begins to fill with fat.

This tension and bloating of the abdominal muscles can best be felt when you are lying down. A similar swelling tension exists in the muscles located on the sides - it thickens the waist. If you start looking into the outer abdominal muscles, after a while you will find this tension and the belly will drop.

People prefer to deal with their belly differently. They are trying to pull him in. Thus, on top of the abdominal distending tension, you apply compressive tension. In addition to all sorts of problems that you may have in the abdominal cavity due to the presence of additional tension, this causes the tension that expands the abdominal muscles to increase exactly by the amount of the added tension. And this is logical, because the first tension appeared only to protect you from some fears that you, or more correctly, your mind, were inventing for yourself.

So, on top of the expansive tension of the abdominal muscles, you apply compressive tension. The expanding tension increases by exactly the same amount in order to maintain the state of affairs, because for some reason the mind needs the existence of the abdomen. Having read books and watched enough fashion magazines promoting a slender body, you further increase the compressive tension, which causes the bursting tension to increase even more, etc. The stomach from such work with oneself only continues to grow.

If you want to solve your belly problem, stop fighting it. Accept and release it, let it be, then you will understand why it was created. Physical exercise and relaxation exercises will do the rest if you need it.

In addition to external tensions, there are tensions in the internal abdominal muscles that cannot be easily described.

One woman, after meditating and talking with her body, said that when asked what her body would like to tell her, it answered: “Love me as I am, and I will become what you want.” Because the body has its own consciousness.

To unblock this chakra, you can begin to consider the following questions:

What is openness?
What does it mean to be open?
What is pleasure?
What is life? Where does it begin and where does it end?
Why is the place where I am better or worse than another?

Below I present the restrictions that, in my opinion, are important for this center. But my limitations should not limit you in any way. You can and will discover your own limitations.

If you just look into this center, you will definitely find them, and they will sound in a language that only you understand. You can formulate your own new thoughts on these limitations, using my thoughts only as an example.

I am just one of the links in the endless chain of development of the universe and personal growth people and occupy a place that corresponds to my current development. I remove all assessments of my situation. With my work and life I serve people and the world.

The souls of the dead belong to another world, while I am alive, I belong to this world, therefore, I let go of thoughts about death and direct them to life. Liver Center

This center belongs to the third chakra and is located in the same place as the liver, that is, on right side body above the belt line. I decided to mention it only because, in addition to the emotions of anger and rage, it is also responsible for the “fight or flight” response. It is also responsible for arthritis, allergies and multiple sclerosis. If you have any of these diseases, you need to mentally look not only at the disease itself, but also at the liver, then you will quickly find the cause and be cured.

Voltages 2

The most characteristic tension that exists in the liver area and blocks it, and at the same time the gall bladder, causing the accumulation of sand and stones in it, covers the area from the right side and almost to the sternum, located along the outer edge of the ribs, and has a width of five to ten centimeters. It is directed at an angle to the body, under the ribs and acts directly on the liver. As a result of this tension, the body tends to lean sideways.
Dealing with anger

People tend to have a hard time dealing with the emotions of anger and rage in themselves and in others - they do too much damage to us when we allow them to come out. Therefore, controlling these emotions is one of our top priorities. And this is where we fall into the trap of wanting to be good.

To keep these emotions under control, we tense up. This tension provokes further accumulation of anger, which, if it breaks out, causes much more harm than would happen if it came out naturally. Or he, being unable to get out, is directed against the bearer of anger himself and begins work on destroying the liver and body.

The more you bottle up these emotions, the more afraid you will be of them, because inside you know that the anger has reached such proportions that it can wreak havoc in your life. Never hold back emotions such as anger or rage. Let them flow out. Otherwise, they will begin the work of destroying you and your soul.

You can do this during meditation. Mentally place in front of you the object of your anger, be it a person, a thought or an object, concentrate on it without straining, and let the anger rise and flow. Stay in this state for as long as you think is reasonable. If you want to scream, scream, if you want to vomit, vomit, the main thing is to let it flow. Don't overwork or you may get sick. Do not direct anger towards the subject of meditation. In addition to the harm you can cause to a person, you can get a blow back. Let the anger just flow out into space.

Every day you wash your face, brush your teeth, and go to the toilet. Take care of your emotional body the same way you take care of your physical body. Over time, you will master the energy called “anger-rage”, and it will serve you. You will become its master and understand something about it.

To master this chakra, start thinking about, for example, the following questions:

What is anger/rage?
What is a fight/fight?
What is escape/retreat?

Now we will move on to the limitations that may exist in this chakra. Below I will provide limitations and new thoughts that you can use as an example to create your own.

Limiting Beliefs

1. I don't know how to get angry.

2. I am afraid of my anger.
My anger will someday destroy me.
I lose all control over myself when I get angry.
I don't notice the moment I explode.

3. Fight bad/good.
Running away is bad/good.

4. I like to fight.

5. I hate and despise myself when I run away because I consider myself a coward.

New thoughts

1. If I have even the slightest thought that I am doing what I like, if I force myself to do something, therefore, there must be anger in me. I allow myself to see him. If I discover anger in myself, it will not make me worse than I was/was.

2. I regularly remember in meditation the moments when attacks of anger followed, and allow the anger to come out. I do this as long as necessary.

3. Neither one nor the other is good or bad. In every moment I choose to do what I choose. This is my choice, and it is always the right one.

4. I fight only when I find out that this is a just cause.

5. A coward is just a thought form that lives in my mind. I don't need her anymore and I throw her out of my mind. Now I choose to consider those actions of mine as a temporary honorable retreat before superior enemy forces.

To be afraid is a natural reaction of a person as long as this fear exists in him. I did/did what was the only acceptable thing for me at that moment.
Center of Unity - Seika Tanden

This is another extremely important center in the human body that I would like to tell you about. It coincides with the center of gravity of a person and is located at a point approximately five centimeters below the navel and deep, that is, it is located between the second and third chakras.

Since the constitution of people differs from each other, and there are especially large differences in the structure of the body of men and women, its location can only be approximately indicated; it varies from person to person. It is not as famous as the seven chakras, but its inconspicuousness only emphasizes its importance. What is truly significant is never displayed, because only connoisseurs can appreciate the value of a given thing.

Why is he so wonderful? This is the point where the mind connects with the body. In the East it is also called the seat of human spiritual powers. In general, the word “tanden” refers to the entire lower part of the pelvic region. The Ki (Qi - Chinese, Prana - Sanskrit) of a person accumulates here. The words Ki and tanden are of Japanese origin and I will use these names.

It is widely known that the more Ki, that is, vital energy, in a person, the healthier he is. I want to give you one exercise to accumulate Ki in the lower abdomen, which many years ago helped me get out of an extremely difficult situation with my health. If it weren't for it, I don't know how it would have ended.

Ki accumulation exercise

1. Stand relaxed, feet shoulder-width apart. Place left hand on the area of the body below the navel, and place your right hand on it. Start breathing evenly. On the count of five, inhale; on the next count of five, you mentally send the prana or life energy that you inhaled into your lower abdomen or tanden; on the next count of five you exhale. And so on in a circle for ten minutes.

Try to breathe in such a way that if a feather were brought to your nostrils, it would not move due to the movement of air. At first, of course, it will be difficult.

And one moment. Breathe either with low or full yogic breathing. They are described in any book on yoga.

2. T Now you are in a sitting position, relax. You can sit either on a chair, or in the “lotus” or “half lotus” position. When you sit down, push your buttocks back so that your pelvis tilts forward slightly. Relax your stomach and let your lower abdomen come forward. In this position, your internal organs fall down and occupy the lowest position, that is, they are placed at the center of gravity. This is the best position to feel the tanden.

Place your hands in the same position and breathe as described above for ten minutes.

3. Lie on your back, relax. Place your left hand over the tanden, one to two centimeters away from your body, and place your right hand on it. Breathe as described above for ten minutes. This concludes the exercise.

If you do this exercise at least once a day, very soon your ailments will go away. Personally, it took me about three months to feel like I was fully recovered. But, as always, time should not be your concern.

Still mind

This center is very important for the spiritual development of a person; one can even argue that only with its help can one reach higher states. If it interests you, the necessary literature or teacher will find you. It is practiced very closely in Eastern martial arts, Aikido, Zen and yoga to achieve samadhi. I will describe to you a few funny things that you can do with the help of this center, although its possibilities, of course, are inexhaustible.

If you stand up straight, relax and think about this center, in other words, let your mind sink into it, even the strongest person in the world will not be able to lift you off the ground. But only under one small condition - your mind must remain in tanden all the time.

Notice that if someone comes up to you, puts their hands under your armpits and tries to lift you up, your mind, initially calm, begins to move, and then automatically moves up too. Then it is very easy to raise a person. Remember the experiments when a person sits and thinks about the top of his head, and four other people lift him with one finger by his knees and elbows? This is how the mind works.

It is very important that you observe through your own experience how the mind moves within. When your mind does not follow the efforts of another person and remains in place, it is called a fixed mind - a very, very important concept to achieve. inner harmony, freedom and strength.

It is very interesting to watch how a healthy, strong young man waddles up to a thin and fragile girl and tries to lift her while she is in a tanden. At first he settles, he is literally thrown down, and then his eyes literally become square and understand nothing.

If you are in a tanden, you can lie down quietly between two chairs, and someone else will sit on you, and you will feel comfortable and also tell jokes. If you are standing and in a tanden and someone walks by and accidentally hits you with their shoulder, they will fly away from you as if they had run into a doorframe.

And the last of the “tricks”. If you stand relaxed, lower your mind into the tanden and extend your arm slightly bent at the elbow in front of you or slightly to the side, no person in the world can bend it. This is called the “unbending hand.” You are relaxed, your hand is relaxed, your mind is in tanden, and no one can bend your hand, no matter whether we are talking about teenagers or women. And here is the same condition - the mind must be motionless, it must remain in tanden, that is, be empty of thoughts.

If you try this experiment, notice how your mind begins to waver when a person approaches you with the determined intention of bending your arm. If you do remain calm, notice that when he starts trying to bend your arm, a thought flashes through your mind like, “He’s pressing so hard! » As soon as you thought about it, your hand instantly bends. The appearance of the slightest thought destroys your condition, and you again become weak and vulnerable.

I have specifically given you all this information to introduce you to the state of a still mind. When you sit in meditation and your mind jumps here and there, distracted by all kinds of sounds and thoughts, there will be no benefit from such meditation. But if you catch this condition, you will benefit greatly from it. That's why I gave you these examples - so that you receive feedback from the body and can fix the state of a motionless mind at the level of body sensations.

If you are tense, if you have a lot of fears inside, if your mind is jumping from place to place, and you naturally follow it, then, of course, you will not succeed in any of these exercises. Pay attention to this.

Positive and Negative Ki

Ki, the life force, like everything in this universe, comes in two forms - positive and negative. When you are closed, when you have a lot of negative thoughts about yourself and about the world, you attract negative Ki and it has a bad effect on you and your environment. Pay attention to the things and electronic devices that are around you. If they quickly break down and become unusable, then you have negative Ki.

If you have positive thoughts and are open to the world, you generate positive Ki. This Ki has healing powers. It heals both you and the people around you. It is enough to be with such a person to feel better. Quarrels in the presence of such a person fade away by themselves, and troubles pass by. If you are in a tanden, this Ki begins to pour out of you especially intensely, your powers are multiplied many times over.

And the last thing I wanted to say about this center. It is very easy to be in when you are sitting or standing still. The whole task is to learn how to use it in Everyday life. To do this, you need to learn to walk, talk, laugh, cook, do some work, all the time being in a tanden. The “walking” exercise and the “here and now” exercise from my second book could greatly help this. And one last piece of advice. Don't expect results, especially quick ones. Your commitment and regular efforts will get things done when needed. I wish you success.

Concentration and Meditation

Since we talked about meditation in the previous chapter, let's touch on this issue in more detail. Many people, after reading my second book and trying to meditate several times, come to me and say that they didn’t succeed. This is a very good statement, which if you look at it carefully, you can understand everything about the human being and how his mind functions.

How do you know what should happen?

Why do you want everything to happen at once and quickly?

Where are you trying to get to as quickly as possible?

As long as you are striving somewhere, you will not get anywhere, anywhere. Because you are striving somewhere, and what you need is next to you. Everything is always near you. This is how the universe works, this is one of its laws. Therefore, striving somewhere, you will wander through distant countries, thinking that in them you will definitely find what you are looking for, but in the end you will return to yourself. If you understand this now, it will save you many years of empty searching and wasted effort and time.

Will - or the desire to leave somewhere and get somewhere - is inherent in a person, in his very nature. It’s the nature of him and his mind to wander all the time. But everything is always nearby. You have been convinced of this hundreds of times from your experience, but still you feel the urge to run somewhere. Your mind is running! And you are behind him.

“Just Sitting” meditation is aimed precisely at ultimately curbing the mind and calming it down. Yes, you will spend a lot of time on this too. You will have to learn to sit correctly, relax at will, monitor your breathing, see, hear, feel everything that is happening around, including in your mind.

But it won't be a waste of time and effort. All this will add up to your treasury, and quantity will begin to turn into quality. The main thing is to just sit. To the mind this sounds like complete nonsense. The mind is always tuned to finding and achieving a goal, but here you offer it nothing. This, of course, outrages him and forces him to instill doubts in you and whisper to you that you are wrong to take on this matter.

I still don’t know if I can meditate. I don’t even know what “turn out” means. All I know is that if I spend enough time in Just Sitting meditation looking for the answer to my question, I will find it, it will come to me.

Whether it can be called “it turns out” - I don’t know. Because if you say to yourself, “Oh! Well, it turns out!”, you will immediately tense up. And the mind will immediately begin to assent and push: “Well, now, if you meditate some more, if you spend more time on meditation, you will master the powers, you will achieve samadhi, you will very quickly achieve nirvana, you will become the most powerful and famous person in the world.” world, etc.” My friends, this way you can only achieve a mental hospital or a hospital bed, but not harmony and happiness.

Concentration

But let's talk a little more about technology now. It is very difficult to distinguish between concentration and meditation, but nevertheless we will nevertheless identify some points. Concentration can be called a process when you select an object inside or outside yourself or some topic (for example, fear, block, pain, situation, question, etc.), and direct your attention to them, not allowing your mind wander. If you find yourself distracted, you bring your attention back to the subject.

The result of such work with oneself is a special sharpness of the mind. You get the opportunity to get inside, uncover any objects and topics, get answers to any questions you pose to yourself. If you look at the object of concentration inside or outside yourself, it begins to open up to you.

Meditation

Meditation corresponds to the Russian word for “contemplation.”

Meditation can also be called a process when you let your mind wander and just look at it or into it. On the one hand, you keep the mind still and empty, and on the other hand, you allow things to arise in it.

When any thoughts arise in you, you simply look at them. You just watch them appear and disappear. If any fear or block arises, you look at it without interfering and without wanting to do anything with it - neither remove it, nor take it out, nor understand it, nor burn it out, nor bomb it. You let it be.

At the same time, you see, hear and feel everything that is happening around and inside you, but you do not give any assessments to it and do not react in any way - otherwise this would mean turning on the work of the mind, and all the work is aimed at calming it down.

The result of such work with oneself - I am not considering any higher aspects here, but only applied, mundane, so to speak - is the development of a special ability of the mind to embrace things and phenomena, to see processes as a whole, without isolating details and without breaking things and phenomena into pieces. As a result, an understanding of the perfection of the world and humility before its laws comes. An understanding comes that nothing needs to be improved, everything is already perfect, and everything itself moves towards even greater perfection. From here comes an understanding of how you can do practically nothing and still get the results you need.

And also about meditating on fears or concentrating on some situation that worries you. Many people have told me that they are afraid to do this because it could create or attract this situation to themselves. Do not be afraid. Nothing like that will happen. When you look at fear, it transforms or recedes. All he needs is for people to pay attention to him and listen to what he has to say. When you look directly at a situation, mentally recreate it and meditate on it, it is experienced, played out mentally and can never be embodied outside. The thought form simply does not have enough energy for this.

Position

Now I would like to say a few words about the position in which you need to sit. Everything that was said and positions in the second book remains valid. You can also experiment with it along the lines of what was said in the previous chapter about Ki if you like. What interests me most now is the position of the hands during meditation.

The more you sit in meditation with your hands relaxed on your knees, the more you will notice that your hands seem to be filled with something and they have a tendency to rise at the elbows. If you give in to this feeling, they will actually rise and straighten, while the palms will remain on the knees. This Ki began to flow into your hands.

Don't get attached to it.

Money

We have finished looking at the “earthly” chakras, which are directly responsible for life and prosperity on earth. Every person wants to achieve prosperity and well-being in this life, and money plays an important role here. Most people associate their well-being with the presence or absence of money, so I decided to devote a little more space to this issue.

To get money, there are two ways. The first path is known to everyone - “Go and earn money” - and we will talk about it later. The second way is much less known, and yet in many cases it is the most acceptable. You decide for yourself when and which path is more acceptable to you. this moment of your life.

What is the second way? It is about finding out the essence of what money will give you. And then everything is very simple: instead of getting involved in the pursuit of money, you begin to master this essence.

The essence of money is the function that money will serve in your life, the purpose for which you will use it, or the specific thing it is intended to do for you.

The essence of an item you want is the function it will perform, the purpose you will use it for, or the specific thing it is supposed to do for you.

Remember both of these definitions and reflect on them. We have already touched on the topic of essence, and now I will unfold it in more detail before you. Our world is a world of material forms. One of the properties of our mind is that it is very strongly attached to forms. Forms take the mind and lead it by the reins. And since we identify ourselves with the mind, it is us who are led by the forms.

You can see this with a very simple example. As soon as a woman flashes her curves, preferably naked, in front of a man, the man’s breathing quickens, his mouth waters and his eyes pool. Here you can put a harness on it and take it anywhere. As soon as a man waves diamonds, a gold watch, beautiful clothes, etc. in front of a woman’s nose, her eyes immediately light up, she whispers with her coral lips the cherished word “I want!”, and then you can do anything with her.

Knowing the essence and dealing with the essence, you get out of the power of material forms, because you begin to see that not just one form can give you the essence of what you want to have, but many different forms, and among this multitude you choose the one that most closely matches the essence you are looking for, and not the one to which your mind was attached. This is one of the conditions for acquiring freedom. Learn to think in terms of the essence, learn to see the essence.

One day, a Chinese ruler decided that he needed a horse, but not an ordinary one, but the best one in the Celestial Empire. He called upon the Supreme One in the Universe and sent him in search of a horse. A few months later he returned and reported that he had found it.

- What horse? - asked Mugun.
- Mare, brown.
They sent for the mare, but it turned out to be a black stallion.
Mugun became sad, called to him the One Who Rejoices in Mastery and said:
“The one you sent to me is not even able to understand the color; he does not distinguish a mare from a stallion.” What an expert he is!
- That's what he achieved! That is why he surpassed me a thousand times, even darker... Taking a deep breath, exclaimed the One Rejoicing in Mastery. “What the Exalted One sees are the smallest seeds of nature. He has mastered the essence and does not notice the superficial, he is all in the internal and has consigned the external to oblivion. Sees what he needs to see and does not notice what he does not need to see... The horse he has found will be a truly valuable horse.
When the stallion was brought in and tested, it turned out to be truly the best horse in the entire Celestial Empire.

Ask yourself: “What will money do for me?” You can answer: “Calmness, confidence in yourself and in the future, peace in the soul, tranquility, love, will increase self-esteem, etc.”

What will money give me? _________________ (fill in yourself)

If you honestly look at the subject, you will see that in fact money brings unnecessary worries, worries and worries into a person’s life, but not peace, love and tranquility. You always need to do something with them - either spend them or save them. Where and where? Other people are always encroaching on them - from relatives and friends, who for some reason appear at the very moment when you have money, to all sorts of mazurks.

Thus, money or material objects cannot fully satisfy your needs and give you a sense of happiness. If you wrote that money will give you a sense of self-confidence, then by allowing this quality to enter your life, you will automatically become attracted to money - this is your key.

The same is true for other qualities. You thus switch yourself from the eternal pursuit of satisfying your needs - another trap in which a person sits - to the development of inner potential. And the more you have developed your inner potential, the stronger your psychic energy, therefore, the stronger your magnet and the easier it is for you to get what you need.

Inside you, money is directly related to a feeling, for example, confidence, or some other quality. You have put an equal sign between them within yourself. Therefore, if you start developing this quality in yourself, you will automatically become attractive to them. Thus, you can experience a feeling of self-confidence, peace, peace in your soul, love, without having the amount of money that you have set for yourself. Since a thought-state is a magnet, therefore, the more you master the quality that, in your opinion, money will bring you, the more money will start coming to you.

With this development of things, you leave the power of money and become its master. You are no longer afraid of losing them or not having them. You already have what you sought them for.

You may ask: “How to develop this quality?” Very simple. Remember what activity brings you the experience of this quality.

For example, you may feel confident when you play your favorite sport, when you clean, or when you read books or study. These can be - and usually are - the most basic activities. Do them and let this feeling spread throughout your body. Experience it consciously, meditate on it.

What activities bring you to experience these feelings? _______________________________

As for the first method - “Go and earn money” - then everything is not as simple as it seems at first glance. Who can boast that they put all their effort into their work and are truly conscientious and creative about it?

1. First chakra- Red color; Coccyx - Connection with the Earth, responsible for human vitality.

Blocking occurs if a person feels fear. This condition blocks the first chakra. To improve your work and remove the blockage, do not put your fears aside, but put them before your eyes. Face your fears. Take them apart piece by piece.

Fear training - my vision

2. Second chakra- Orange color; just below the navel, responsible for creative realization and satisfaction of needs.

Blocking occurs if a person feels guilty. This is a destructive condition. Everyone who experiences it feels as if they are in a sticky cocoon of hopelessness. Removing the blockage occurs in the same way as when working with the first chakra. Don't walk away from this. Figure out what you see as your fault. Look at the situation from the other side.

3. Third chakra- yellow color; The navel is the energy center of our body, responsible for the strength of our intention.

Blocking occurs if a person feels shame, disappointment. Unfortunately, we are taught this even in schools. Trying to constantly shame the child by telling him: “Aren’t you ashamed?” This blocks not only the third, but also the second chakra. Unblocking a chakra is no different from unblocking the first and second chakras.

4. Fourth chakra - green color, the heart, is involved in all processes of human life.

Blocking occurs if a person feels sorrow. This is no less destructive emotional state of a person. When this chakra closes, a person experiences an unpleasant, painful state in the heart area. It is more difficult to remove the blockage than in other chakras, because... The state of apathy that accompanies all this often does not give a person the opportunity to take a sober look at the problem. It takes a lot of willpower to try to sort out the situation in a state of grief, see the reason and look at everything from the other side.

5. Fifth chakra- blue color; throat, opens up metabolism, communication.

Blocking occurs, if a person chooses lies and lies to himself. This is probably the most difficult thing - not to lie! Especially if we communicate with people who constantly lie. They see deception in others, even if they are not deceived. Unfortunately, lies are contagious. If you understand this condition and look closely at how it is born, you will see that it is like a virus that is transmitted from one to another. It is difficult to be immune to this, difficult, but possible. Do not answer the deceiver in kind, do not try to deceive yourself with something. Be honest with yourself.

6. Sixth chakra - Blue colour, middle of the forehead, third eye, adjusts the body to contact with the subconscious, spiritual will.

Blocking occurs, if a person feels separation, he lives in illusions. There is no need to take on more than you “can handle.” Star fever always leads to a fall. You become blind and deaf to everything. Really accept what you have. Not what the neighbor has. Don't try to be taller than your neighbor. Dreams come true if they are real.

7. Seventh chakra- purple color, above the head - connection with cosmic energy.

Blocking occurs, if a person has strong earthly attachments. This means everything - home, work, car, people, etc. You need to learn to let go of everything. The hardest thing is letting go of the person we love. But by accepting that love is not material, this can also be done. Don't mistake your earthly attachments for dogma. Don’t put the mark “mine” everywhere, let everything go.

Initially, the nature of the soul is designed to find happiness in relationships, but due to the fact that the ability to love is limited in the soul under the influence of material ideas about love, we do not find complete satisfaction in relationships with anyone. Complete satisfaction comes when consciousness enters into a relationship with the boundless Absolute or God, the source of the fullness of love and its perfection. Yogis and hermits at all times, realizing the futility of worldly love, turned their gaze inward, the search for themselves, their original consciousness and the search for a relationship with God or Paramatma (the Supreme soul, God, the source) as the culmination of all yoga practice. The path of bhakti - yoga, one of the paths of yoga is not to artificially distract our feelings from the worldly and material objects, material love, relationships, etc., but to naturally redirect our feelings to the Source of everything, to the Absolute , through internal communication with Him through meditation and service to Him. This is how a state of consciousness (samadhi) is achieved in which the soul remains in a state of eternity, harmony, happiness, bliss, after achieving which there is nothing to achieve except an even greater deepening of this experience in communication with the Absolute.

There are many energy centers, or chakras, in the human body. In a healthy body, each of them is open and active. But if a person does not know how to control his negative emotions, the chakras are blocked, which entails a loss of strength, spiritual exhaustion, and illness.

Seven main centers

Maintaining full energy metabolism - great work. Each new day brings not only joy, but also many problems. The bad emotions that a person experiences are the reasons for blocking the chakras.

If you don’t work on yourself, then negativity grows inside like a snowball, disrupting the circulation of prana. Signs of blocked chakras appear simultaneously on all levels - physical, spiritual, mental, mental. The body suffers the most from a malfunction in the main 7 centers.

Muladhara, located in the coccyx area

This center contains all the physical potential of a person. The functions of the chakra are elementary, but it generates vital instincts and connects the spirit with matter and earth. Muladhara dysfunction is a direct threat to the physical body. A person ages quickly, loses his beauty and activity.

Fear blocks the chakra. It is justified only in one case - when it saves a life. It is important to get rid of all its other manifestations. To do this, you need to learn to evaluate your fears objectively.

Svadhisthana, located below the navel

The element of chakra is the desire to satisfy the need for pleasure. Through the work of the center, talents, individuality and sensuality are realized. Energy is supplied through the ability to see the beauty of the world around us, understanding the feelings and emotions of other people.

The chakra is blocked by a destructive feeling of guilt, leading to hopelessness and inability to love. Sometimes it is denial of one’s guilt, self-pity, but an endless search for those to blame. It is important to be able to show objectivity and fairness to yourself and others.

Manipura (solar plexus area)

She is responsible for the ability to live in society not only with instincts, but also with consciousness. This is the social mind of man.

Represents healthy selfishness, the ability to stand up for oneself, the desire to achieve success and enjoy it.

Unfulfilled dreams and expectations block the chakra, and shame and disappointment awaken within. A person develops pride and an urgent need to control and manipulate people. Self-confidence and an adequate comparison of desires and possibilities will help you get rid of the complex.

Anahata Chakra (Heart)

Ideally, this is love free from material attachments. A person knows how to forgive, give care and love to other people.

The center is blocked by the feeling of grief. Earthly attachments to people are too great, a person does not know how to let go. The heart is filled with suffering, not love. Removing this block is much more difficult than all the others. “I don’t love”, “they don’t love me” - these thoughts freeze the soul. It takes enormous willpower to look at a situation from a different angle.

Visutha (throat)

It symbolizes the ability to listen, and most importantly, hear people, the ability of the mind to accept new knowledge, show intuition, express oneself and create. The chakra blocks lies to oneself and others, distortion of reality and inability to believe. You need to learn to look at the world soberly and stop deceiving.

Ajna (head)

The chakra opens the inner source of wisdom, the consciousness of perception of the environment. The goal of this center is also to develop logic, thinking abilities, the ability to assess situations in a multi-faceted way and make dreams come true.

Blocking the chakra will lead to the world of illusions. And the person will cease to understand the meaning of what is happening and will not be able to distinguish fiction from reality. It is important to learn to listen to the subconscious, to your intuition, in order to find the truth.

Sahasrara (above the head)

This is the center of higher spirituality, a limitless repository of knowledge. There is a connection between the personality and higher consciousness, an exchange of energy with the Cosmos, as well as the discovery of one’s inner universe.

Understanding your life purpose depends on the work of the chakra. A poorly revealed Sahasrara means discord with oneself, loss of inspiration. Strong earthly attachments arise (people, earthly goods).

To gain freedom, a person must realize that love is not material.

Removing blocks

Only hard work on yourself will help remove the blockage of the chakra:

  • first you need to understand the reasons for the discord;
  • cultivate the desire to overcome negativity;
  • each center is blocked in its own way, which means it requires an individual approach;
  • You cannot despair from unsuccessful attempts, because such colossal work on yourself will require a lot of time.

And only when it is possible to achieve balance in each individual chakra, can they all be brought to a single balance.

In contact with

There are seven main chakras located along the spine; their details can be found in the relevant literature. Full opening of the chakras gives a person access to numerous talents and opportunities. In addition, your health improves significantly and your character changes for the better.

Each has its own purpose, and therefore determines the aspirations and needs that correspond to it. By ignoring these needs, a person automatically closes. For example, the practice of sexual abstinence, characteristic of some religions, leads to the closure of the lower chakras. Which in turn negatively affects human health and longevity. At the same time, in a number of other educational institutions
It is believed that a person’s “base” desires cannot be ignored, they must simply be transferred to a higher spiritual level. It is this path, in particular, that is realized in tantric practices.

Thus, for the correct harmonious opening of the chakras, it is necessary to focus on the highest aspirations corresponding to these energy centers.

Ways to open chakras

There are several main ways to open the chakras; the best results are achieved when they are used together.

1. The first method has already been mentioned above - it is necessary to choose the highest and purest aspirations in everything. This, in turn, will automatically open your chakras, and very smoothly and harmoniously. For example, to open the heart chakra - anahata - try to act in everything from a position of love. Always ask yourself the question: “What would I do in this case? loving person? - and act accordingly.

2. Meditation on the chakras. Each chakra has its own color, sound and image. All this information can be found on the Internet. For the simplest form of meditation, color is sufficient. For example, the color of ajna (the third eye chakra) is blue. To accurately determine the color, remember how the gas burns - this is the shade of blue you need.

It is best to meditate while sitting, cross-legged, in a position that is comfortable for you. But it is also possible to meditate before going to bed, while already lying in bed. This option has its advantages - at night you will have vivid, beautiful dreams, and someone may even fall into a lucid dream.

During meditation, concentrate on the chakras one by one, starting with muladhara and ending with ajna. Try to see in your mind's eye a glowing energy ball (the size of a tennis ball) of the corresponding color at the location of the chakra. For muladhara it will be red, for svadhisthana it will be orange, etc. Concentrate on a chakra for about five minutes, then move on to the next one.

3. To open the chakras, you can use the help of a spiritual mentor who knows how to work with energies. But this method has its drawbacks - if the chakras were opened by someone, without further work on their own they will close again. Therefore, it is better to work on opening energy centers on your own.

Dangers associated with opening chakras

When a person completely opens a chakra, he becomes open to the external energies corresponding to it. They can be very powerful and even cause purely physical suffering. That is why the opening of the chakras should be very gradual.

Some spiritual teachers recommend opening the chakras in order from top to bottom. This has its own logic - by opening the upper chakras, which are responsible for spiritual development, it will be much easier for you to cope with the rather aggressive energies of the lower chakras. In any case, it is best to open the chakras under the supervision of an experienced person who has already walked this path.

Life energy fills the human body thanks to the work of the 7 main chakras, which act as the main harmonizers of mental and physical health. If the energy centers work harmoniously, the body is in good shape, there are no problems with health, finances, relationships or the development of mental abilities. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of life, it means that the work of the chakras is unbalanced and requires special attention.

Let's take a closer look at the content of each of the chakras. How to unblock stagnant energy in order to start the internal engine in the right direction, returning the taste for life and the desire to act?

1st chakra: health, physical tone and vitality

The task of Muladhara is to ensure the survival of a person, providing him with the most necessary things - food, shelter, offspring. If the work of this chakra is damaged, a person will live in constant fear and anxiety, will not be able to fight for his desires, will feel like a victim who cannot cope with cruel reality. In case of disharmony at this level, uncertainty appears in oneself and the world around, the opposite effect is selfishness and greed. To remove the blockage, you need to look your fears in the eye and understand their causes. Don't run away from yourself, but face the enemy.

2nd chakra: enjoyment of life, interest, creative self-realization

The task of Swadhisthana is to satisfy a person’s sexual needs, strengthen his self-esteem, and maintain interest in achievements. When the work of this energy center is disrupted, a person loses pleasure in life, he plunges into boredom, apathy and even depression (“I don’t care,” “I don’t need anything”). Relationships with the opposite sex lose their former attractiveness, the need for sex disappears or undergoes some kind of distortion. To remove the blockage from the 2nd chakra, it is important to stop denying your own sexuality, work on your relationship with your mother and father, accept the woman/man within you, and remove inhibitions on intimacy.

3rd chakra: influence on the world, desire for victory, power of intention

The task of Manipura is to instill in a person self-confidence, support his thirst for achievement, increase optimism and the desire to become successful. When the 3rd chakra is well developed, a person does not doubt his right to a better life, he is successful in the financial sphere and easily achieves his goals. As soon as the energy in the chakra is blocked, willpower disappears somewhere, career goes to hell, workaholism, aggressiveness and financial losses appear. To develop Manipura, you need to maintain the fire of faith in your own strengths, stop limiting your internal desires by external circumstances.

4th Chakra: Love, Compassion, Kindness and Acceptance

Anahata's task is to teach a person to live with his own heart, to love the world, radiate joy, express sympathy, experience the power of gratitude. A closed chakra gives birth to a person who lives only by the achievements of his mind. The doors of the heart are blocked when we forbid ourselves to express love when faced with betrayal or disappointment in a relationship: “I’m not worthy of you,” “love is a lie, I won’t fall for it again”! To reveal Anahata, you need to learn to trust the world and yourself again, become sincere in the manifestations of your feelings, and allow your partner not to live up to the expectations placed on him.

5th chakra: persuasion, creative expression, communication

The task of Vishuddhi is to help a person express the inner world of his experiences and feelings through words in order to make himself known to others. The throat chakra gives the joy of communication, freedom of expression and organizational skills. The work of this center is disrupted if a person places a ban on expressing his opinion, when he begins to accumulate grievances and injustices within himself, being afraid to say it out loud. It is easy to remove the block from Vishuddha: if there is an impulse to say something, you need to say it, but only without an ounce of lies. Creativity also perfectly restores the functioning of this energy center.

6th chakra: awareness, intuition, clairvoyance

The task of Ajna is to open a person’s inner source of wisdom, give an understanding of the situation from different perspectives, and allow one to feel the subtle world of other people’s moods. When the work of this center is disrupted, a person begins to live in a world of illusions, he is driven by fears and pride, he experiences a feeling of the meaninglessness of life, a lack of understanding of internal goals. To unblock the chakra, it is important to learn to accept the world deeper than just logically: to catch intuitive images, develop imagination, communicate with the unconscious, correcting its influence on the mind. Only by breaking his own illusions, listening to the subconscious, does a person discover the true wisdom of the soul.

7th chakra: connection with God, spiritual potential, unity with the universe

The task of Sahasrara is to reveal a person’s life purpose, to help him realize unity with the world, people and comic energy, to overcome the fear of death, revealing a unique divine plan. Without the normal functioning of this chakra, a person will feel lonely and lost, as if isolated from the world, and therefore unable to trust it. Unblocking the 7th chakra is not so simple - you need to learn to let go of earthly attachments, give your loved ones freedom of action, and give up dependence on the material world (home, career, favorite things, food). Only by letting go of attachments can you feel connected to the universe.

Have you recognized the problems that prevent you from enjoying life? It's time to work on harmonizing unbalanced chakras to restore health, strengthen relationships and self-confidence.

Our chakras, energy information centers, work in accordance with our conscious experience of everything that happens around us. If any emotion wears you down from the inside, you feel that a certain state does not allow you to fully enjoy life - pay attention to which chakras you are blocking yourself.

1. The first chakra is red; Coccyx – Connection with the Earth, responsible for human vitality.

Blockage occurs when a person feels fear. This condition blocks the first chakra. To improve your work and remove the blockage, do not put your fears aside, but put them before your eyes. Face your fears. Take them apart piece by piece.

2. Second chakra – orange color; just below the navel, responsible for creative realization and satisfaction of needs.

3. Third chakra – yellow color; The navel is the energy center of our body and is responsible for the strength of our intention.

Blocking occurs if a person feels shame, DISAPPOINTMENT. Unfortunately, we are taught this even in schools. Trying to constantly shame the child, telling him: “aren’t you ashamed?” This blocks not only the third, but also the second chakra. Unblocking a chakra is no different from unblocking the first and second chakras.

4. The fourth chakra is green, the heart, and is involved in all processes of human life.

Blockage occurs if a person feels grief.

5. Fifth chakra – blue color; throat, opens up metabolism, communication.

Blockage occurs when a person chooses to lie and lie to himself. This is probably the most difficult thing – don’t lie!

6. Sixth chakra - blue color, middle of the forehead, third eye, adjusts the body to contact with the subconscious, spiritual will.

Blockage occurs if a person feels separation and lives in illusions. There is no need to take on more than you “can handle.” “Star sickness” always leads to a fall. You become blind and deaf to everything. Really accept what you have. Not what the neighbor has. Don't try to be taller than your neighbor. Dreams come true if they are real.

7. The seventh chakra is purple, above the head – connection with cosmic energy.

Blockage occurs if a person has strong earthly attachments. This means everything - home, work, car, people, etc. You need to learn to let go of everything. The hardest thing is letting go of the person we love. But by accepting that love is not material, this can also be done. Don't mistake your earthly attachments for dogma. Don’t put my mark everywhere, let everything go.

Unblocking energy centers is to determine the causes of blockages and dysfunction of the chakras, and then eliminate them. Preventing blocked chakras is much easier than working with closed ones. It is necessary to find the reasons for the occurrence of blocks for a specific energy center.

The effectiveness of independent work on the chakras depends on how strong a person’s desire is. It requires seriousness and responsibility.

During meditation, you also need to do difficult work with your own mind. The effect may not appear very quickly, which is why many people lose enthusiasm.

Yoga poses, which focus on activating each energy center, can be difficult for beginners. It is not recommended to rush on the path to improving the body.

To remove blocks from the chakras on your own, you need self-discipline and a serious attitude. It is important not to forget that properly functioning chakras improve life.

Reasons for blocking and how to remove them

Muladhara

Muladhara: red in color, located in the coccyx area, is responsible for the vitality of people.

Blocks appear due to fears. To unblock it, you need not to shy away from your fears, but look them straight “in the eyes.” Analyze them. Admit to yourself that they really exist, and you can cope with them. That they protect against various threats, but at the moment nothing is in danger.

Svadhisthana

Svadhisthana is orange in color, located in the area between the navel and pubis, and is responsible for creativity and satisfaction of needs.

Blocks can arise through feelings of guilt. It is destructive for humans. You can unlock it in the same way as the previous chakra. Don’t run away from the problem, but figure out the reasons for this feeling. You should look at the situation from a different angle. You need to understand that everything happened only for the better and stop feeling guilty. If you do not get rid of this feeling, it can lead to serious troubles or illnesses.

Manipura

Manipura. Color – yellow, location – navel. Responsible for intention, money, the ability to achieve one’s own goals, maintaining immunity.

Blocks appear due to feelings of shame and disappointment. Removal of blocks occurs according to the principle of the first and second energy centers. These feelings arise due to the fact that a person overly idealizes himself, current events and those around him. This can lead to negative emotions that will hinder your path to health, success and happy life. It is necessary to make a conclusion about what is more important – someone’s opinion or own health and then let go of that feeling of shame.

Anahata

Anahata is green in color, its location is in the area of the heart, and it takes part in all processes of human life.

Blocks arise from feelings of sadness. It also refers to destructive conditions. When this chakra is blocked, people begin to feel painful sensations in the heart area. It is more difficult to unblock it than other energy centers, because often a state of indifference does not allow one to correctly assess the circumstances. It takes enormous endurance in a state of sadness to try to analyze what is happening, determine the cause and look at everything from a different angle.

Vishuddha

The color of Vishuddha is blue, located in the throat area, responsible for metabolism and communication.

It closes when people absorb someone else's deception or lie to themselves. It is very difficult to restrain yourself from lying when almost everyone lies. Such people see insincerity in everyone around them. If you analyze this condition and look closely at where it originates, you will notice that it passes from one person to another. It is difficult to develop immunity to this, but it is quite doable. You should not pay liars with the same coin. You need to be sincere with yourself.

Ajna

Ajna is blue in color, located in the area between the eyebrows, the third eye. It tunes the body to interact with the subconscious, to the inner will.

Blocks appear when people create illusions. Excessive pomposity usually leads to negative consequences. You need to accept what is in reality. You shouldn't try to be taller than someone.

Sahasrara

The color of Sahasrara is purple, located above the head, personifying union with cosmic energy.

Blocks appear due to strong earthly attachments. This includes home, work, car, others, etc. You need to learn to let it all go. This can be done through the realization that love is not material. There is no need to put the “Mine” stamp on everything.

Useful meditation for unlocking:

For hundreds of years, people have turned to the science of chakra healing, and now it is being used in the medical field. Before we begin, here is what you should know about the chakras and their impact on our lives.

What are chakras?

The chakras are located along our back, starting from the crown and ending at the base of the spine. The word "chakra" in Sanskrit means "wheel".

These wheels are 7 points on your body through which energy circulates. The chakra in our body obstructs the continuous flow of energy, thus interrupting the organic flow and thereby causing physical and emotional illness.

Below are the 7 chakras, starting from the lowest:

  • root chakra
  • sacral chakra
  • solar plexus chakra
  • heart chakra
  • throat chakra
  • third eye chakra
  • crown chakra

Each of these chakras is directly connected to a specific part of the body. Chakras influence the overall health of a person and the main systems in the body - digestive, reproductive and respiratory. It is extremely important to ensure that these wheels of energy in our body are not blocked. This will allow our body to function as expected.

Chakras can become blocked for a number of reasons. The most common ones are negative thoughts, diet, stress and a sedentary lifestyle.

Unblocking and healing any chakra can be done through small changes in your life, which in turn can significantly improve your physical and emotional health.

Which chakras are you blocked?

The first step towards curing any disease is identifying the source of the problem. This also applies to blocked chakras.

But before you focus on opening your chakras, you need to figure out which ones are blocked. You may have one chakra blocked or all seven.

Review the list of symptoms indicating blocked chakras to see which area you should focus on.

  1. Root chakra

  • Work to build trust in your partner in matters of intimacy and sensuality. This will help you get rid of the guilt you associate with sex. Step by step, starting small, you can be on the path to healing big wounds.
  • Learn to enjoy life's pleasures - start by trying to enjoy everything that is happening at the moment, instead of stressing yourself out and suffering from an influx of emotions.

Crown Chakra Healing:

By understanding your chakras and following the above tips, you will be able to rejuvenate your body and soul, and release blocked energy.

Manipura is a chakra located in the solar plexus area. Find out what it is responsible for and how harmony and imbalance manifest itself in the yellow chakra, as well as how to develop it and why it is necessary.

In the article:

Manipura - solar plexus chakra

Manipura chakra is located in the solar plexus area. It looks like a circle surrounded by lotus petals. A stem emerges from its lower part, which reaches the spinal column. Each of them corresponds to one of the seven subtle human bodies, which together form . In the case of Manipura it is .

On the physical level, Manipura is responsible for the gastrointestinal tract, gall bladder, liver and pancreas. Like the Vishuddha chakra, it is also partially responsible for the lungs.

Manipura is the center of a person’s inner personal power. It is to her that magicians turn when they perform rituals based on personal energy resources, without resorting to deities and the powers of egregors. Therefore, the development of Manipura is necessary for people who practice magic. The stronger this chakra, the greater the person’s energy reserve. With the help of it, energy charging from various sources occurs. A person’s desires and the abilities needed to implement them also depend on the level of personal power. Through Manipura a person realizes all the ideas that come to his mind.

The ability to control the flow of internal strength and personal energy, the ability to lead people and develop intelligence - all this depends on the state of Manipura. Through it, every person perceives the world, and how he sees it depends, again, on the degree of development of the chakra.

At the level of human relationships, Manipura is reflected no less noticeably than the throat chakra. It is responsible for a person’s ego, as well as the subconscious choice of behavior in various situations. The degree of harmony in relationships with others is determined by the development of Manipura. This also determines who a person will become - a follower or a leader. The third chakra is responsible for the desire to stand out from the crowd and achieve a high position in society. With its help, people realize their place in society, analyze generally accepted norms, and accept the rules of behavior in society.

Manipura is also responsible for forming one’s own opinion about both everyday issues and high matters. Vishuddha is responsible for the ability to express and defend one’s point of view, but it originates in Manipur. Its functions also include processing theoretical information and obtaining knowledge. With the help of the yellow chakra, a person accumulates life experience and develops as a personality.

Manipura has a very indirect relationship to spirituality. The energy of strong desires is constantly produced in the lower chakras. Passing through the solar plexus chakra, they are cleansed of the material component, turning into the energy of creation. Later, this energy passes through the upper chakras, contributing to the spiritual development of a person. The energy structure of a person is no less complex than the physical body. Its improvement determines a person’s personality.

How does a developed yellow chakra manifest itself?

Chakra color representation

The owner of a developed yellow chakra is happy with everything that happens in his life. He is satisfied and happy, and is optimistic about the future. Such individuals are calm and rarely lose their temper - this requires truly serious reasons. Emotions do not dominate the mind, while being harmoniously expressed or suppressed by the person himself.

The owner of the harmonious yellow chakra is in good relations with others and your inner self. He accepts people as they are, loves and respects himself and those around him. The attitude of such a person towards humanity as a whole is positive, since he understands that he himself is a part of society. At the same time, she herself is independent of public opinion. Such people are accustomed to demanding respect for themselves, and they themselves treat others with respect.

When making a decision, a person with a harmonious yellow chakra thinks about whether this decision will harm other people? Given a choice, he will choose to benefit society. Rarely is it altruism, prosperity and the material side of life that everyone cares about. People with a developed yellow chakra extremely rarely live in need; personal qualities, attitude and the ability to find contact with others help them find sources of income. They know how to negotiate instead of manipulating or causing scandals.

Such people are not against healthy competition, but they do not lead to open hostility. They know how to negotiate with their rivals and cooperate with them when necessary for both parties. Business problems are usually solved in non-standard ways, without the usual templates. People with a healthy yellow chakra know how to plan and handle available resources.

People with a developed third chakra are active. Their horizons are broad, as is their list of interests and hobbies. It is difficult to force such a person to sit still. He is bold and filled with the desire to create, as if shining from within. This is a bright personality who cannot help but attract attention.

Symptoms of dysfunction of the 3rd chakra of Manipura

At the physical level, disorders of Manipura are indicated by diseases such as diabetes, gallstones, allergies. Since it is responsible for the condition of the gastrointestinal tract, disturbances in their functioning should also be alarming. Disturbances in the cardiovascular system also sometimes indicate blockage or other problems with Manipura. However, they are more often classified as symptoms of problems with the heart chakra.

Third chakra symbol

People with a blocked third chakra are focused only on the material components of life. They are concerned about everyday, work and material issues. The life of such individuals is boring and limited by money and things. They are not interested in spirituality and feelings. Such people are able to enjoy only material things. In particular difficult cases they ridicule everything related to spirituality or relationships between people that are not related to money and power.

An imbalance in Manipura causes sadness, hopelessness and depression. The longer this imbalance continues, the more difficult it is to get rid of its consequences. The reason is that a person’s feelings and emotions are reflected in the Universe, as a result of which they seem to double. Worry and anxiety, especially in relation to material things rather than people, are characteristic of those with problematic Manipura. Such people get used to suppressing true feelings and emotions so as not to interfere with their concentration on obtaining material wealth. This can lead to a nervous breakdown, coupled with a tendency to self-criticism.

The lack of balance in Manipur forces a person to control everything he can reach. This tendency even extends to the inner world. As a result, the tendency to control develops the desire to gain power - at work, in the family, in society. A person with an unbalanced Manipura wants to occupy a position as high as possible without a specific goal - power for the sake of power. At the same time, he will regularly remind everyone who is lower on the social or career ladder of their place. Such people make picky bosses who love to humiliate their subordinates. On the way to the desired power or high position at work, such people are ready to step over even a loved one.

The owner of a damaged Manipura has little self-awareness of his high position. He strives to prove to society that he is capable of obtaining power and money or already possesses these benefits. At best, this results in workaholism, which is designed to help you earn more money to brag about. At worst, a person is forced to prove his superiority in other ways, otherwise he will not feel worthy of his position in society.

Often such individuals have nothing to brag about. They are not always able to achieve the heights they dream of. Often we are talking about petty bosses in small offices who do not have much influence in the region, or people who work hard for meager wages, hoping to save up for a personal island. Their personal qualities rarely allow them to achieve serious income; they are hasty and fussy, which does not benefit their financial situation.

Such people, as a rule, are not capable of starting a family and raising children properly. Their relationships with friends and relatives usually leave much to be desired. Such individuals hide their feelings or try to block them, considering them unworthy. Therefore, there is a real emotional gap between them and their loved ones.

Such people can start initially selfish relationships that fit into their worldview. But true feelings cause them bewilderment. People with impaired Manipura tend to be as far away from loved ones as possible. In particularly advanced cases, they can confront people who do not bring material benefit. In addition, such individuals are intolerant and dogmatic in communication, unable to compromise and take responsibility.

The need to demonstrate one's advantages, manipulation and self-interest significantly reduce the internal supply of personal energy. Each person has a certain reserve, and its capacity depends on the strength of Manipura. Sooner or later, the reserve of the owner of problems with this chakra will dry up. At this moment it is time to arise various dependencies- cigarettes to calm your nerves, coffee to wake you up in the morning, energy drinks or drugs to improve your well-being during the working day.

Manipura Chakra - how to open and develop it

The yellow chakra develops naturally aged 2 to 12 years. As with the other chakras, the degree of its development in a child depends on how developed the Manipura of his parents is. They influence the child even on a subtle level. At the age of development of this chakra, some additional techniques are not necessary, but can be very useful.

After 12 years, the natural development of the 3rd chakra of Manipura slows down, and later stops completely. In the future, it is almost impossible to achieve progress by chance; directed work with the chakra is necessary. The development of Manipura should be an integral part of the life of an entrepreneur or a person who wants to achieve more, including in magic.

There is a simple test for the state of the chakra:

In the evening, plan your next day, taking into account all the things you have to do. Don't forget about rest and activities that bring you pleasure. If you are able to stick to your chosen regimen, your Manipura is fine. People who are unable to plan are more likely to have problems in this area.

The mantra of Manipura is RAM. It has a beneficial effect on the development and condition of this chakra. Using a mantra is quite simple - you can listen to it if you don’t know how to sing mantras yet. Even mentally singing along to an audio recording with a mantra will be useful. The sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, as well as meditation in the fresh air, will also have a positive effect on the development of Manipura.

Aromatherapy has long been considered helpful in working to open the chakras. How to open the Manipura chakra using this ancient method? Very simple. Frequently use essential oils and incense in various forms for their intended purpose. Manipura is associated with the scents of juniper, vetiver, bergamot and rosemary. In addition, as in the case with, it helps essential oil lavender.

Activation of Manipura is also possible with the help of stones and minerals. It corresponds to topaz, peridot, tourmaline, citrine and amber, as well as all yellow minerals. Stones can be worn as talismans, or can be used in meditation and other magical or yogic practices. You can perform full yogic breathing with concentration on Manipur.

Give up the need to prove your opinion, unless it is some special case when it is impossible to do without it. This does not mean that you need to accept the other person's opinion and agree with it. Stay with your point of view, but don't shout about it to the whole world. Each situation should be analyzed in two directions - whether the situation or issue affects your personal interests and whether it threatens your safety. If the answers are negative, then the issue is not worthy of special attention and serious expenditure of your energy.

In general, Manipura is a chakra that is responsible for a person’s personal energy level, his activity and activity, the ability to achieve his plans and implement an idea. Its influence can be traced in all areas of human life. Violations of this chakra sooner or later lead to serious negative consequences - again, in all areas of life. Every person is capable of developing Manipura; there is nothing difficult about it. The development of the yellow chakra is necessary for everyone, and especially for people who want to achieve success both in ordinary life and in magic.
