  • 2 apples.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar.
  • 2-3 cloves garlic.
  • 1 onion.

Without peeling the apples, I cut them into slices no thicker than 0.5 cm and place them on the bottom of the cauldron.

  • 1 kg. pork.
  • 2 onions.
  • 6-8 potatoes.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 120 cheese.
  • Seasonings for meat.

Cooking process.

I divide the potatoes into two halves and cut the halves into slices. I just started writing poetry ;).

I will cut the onion into half rings.

Fry potatoes with onions until tender in vegetable oil.

Cut the meat into pieces 1 cm thick. Beat.

Beat eggs together with meat seasonings.

Dip each piece of meat in eggs, then in cheese shavings, then fry in a frying pan until cooked.

Serve the meat with hot potatoes. For decoration, you can cut the tomato into slices and place it on top of a piece of meat. Bon appetit.

The dish is prepared in special clay pots. Which can be bought in almost any supermarket. This dish is very old because in ancient Rus' cooked in earthenware. True, the pots were a little larger back then, but the essence remained the same. Cheese.

    I don’t give exact numbers since the proportions depend on the number of pots. Well, on average, for one pot there are 100 grams of meat, 1 potato, half a carrot, 30 grams of onions.

    • Neck part. Loose meat with fatty streaks is concentrated here. It is ideal for stewing or frying. You can make cutlets from rib meat (a component of the neck part). In this case, the meat, separated from the bone, can be rolled into a roll and stewed. Bacon is also made from the boneless neck, which is either boiled whole or fried in small pieces. The neck also makes excellent kebabs, steaks, and escalopes.
    • The loin is the part of the back with the bone. It is prepared both in pieces and whole. Loin, cut into slices several centimeters thick, can become the basis of such a dish as a bone-in cutlet.
    • Ribs. They can be used to make a stew or broth. Ideal for baking or smoking. They can be either an independent dish or an addition to a dish that contains other ingredients.
    • Ham. It can be cooked whole, but due to the volume, even several families cannot cope with such a dish. That’s why the ham is usually cut in half. A steak is prepared from the upper sirloin; by the way, this same part is often used for frying over a fire, for example, in such a favorite dish as kebabs. The lower part of the ham, which contains much less meat, is used for broths or pickling.
    • Legs. They take some time to prepare because they need to be boiled for a long time. Further experienced chefs roll them in breadcrumbs, fry them, and then, adding hot sauce, serve them.
