Cut the olives into rings.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 300 g mayonnaise,
  • 200 g boiled low-fat sausage,
  • black pepper and salt,
  • potatoes – 5 pcs.,
  • fresh greens,
  • carrots - 1-2 pcs,
  • 300 g green canned peas,
  • eggs - 6 pcs,
  • fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.,
  • pickles - 2 pcs.,
  • olives - for decorating the salad.

Thoroughly wash the potatoes and carrots with a brush. Place the vegetables in a saucepan, add water so that it completely covers them, and put on the fire. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat. Then drain the water and add the vegetables. cold water. And again - drain the water.

Place the eggs in a small saucepan, fill them with water and salt. Cook over low heat for ten minutes. Drain the water and immediately place under running cold water.

Peel the potatoes and chop them into cubes. We clean and cut the carrots in the same way.

Wash fresh cucumbers, dry them and chop them into small pieces.

Grind the peeled eggs using an egg slicer.

Ingredients:

PREPARATION:
Grease a salad bowl or pan. oil, cover cling film so that the edges hang over the salad bowl. Then, lay tightly in layers in the following sequence: mushrooms - greens - carrots - cucumbers - chicken breast - cheese - eggs - potatoes.
