Shish kebab from chicken hearts - a dish that captivated our family with its wonderful taste. It's not difficult to prepare. I marinated the hearts in soy sauce, so they turned out very tasty and spicy. This kebab can be served as an independent dish or with any side dish or fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

To prepare shish kebab from chicken hearts we will need:

700 g chicken hearts;

6 tbsp. l. soy sauce;

2 cloves of garlic;

a pinch of salt;

juice of 1/2 lemon.

Cooking steps

Pre-soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Wash the lemon, peel the garlic. Wash the chicken hearts, trim off excess fat and blood vessels.

Place the hearts in a bag, add salt, soy sauce, lemon juice and pressed garlic. Seal the bag and shake the contents well so that the chicken hearts are evenly coated with the marinade. Place the bag in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Shake the bag periodically.

Beer marinade. Beer and sparkling mineral water - 200 milliliters each, 4 onions, 2 tablespoons of mustard, squeezed juice of one lemon, salt and pepper to taste: marinate in the refrigerator for two hours, fry for 20 minutes.

Marinade with mayonnaise. 350 milliliters of mayonnaise, 1/3 cup mustard, 5 onions, Provençal herbs, salt and pepper - to taste: marinate for 60 minutes, fry for 30 minutes.

Tomato marinade. Tomato paste and oil - 50 milliliters each, Provençal herbs, salt, pepper to taste: marinate for 60 minutes, fry for 25-30 minutes.
