To prepare a salad with green beans you will need:

  • 300 g frozen green beans;
  • 100 g semi-hard cheese;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • green onions;
  • several olives for decoration;

Boil chicken eggs hard, cool and peel.

Chop the peeled eggs.

Bring water to a boil, add salt. Without defrosting, place the beans in boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes. Immediately cool the finished beans under running cold water.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Place the beans in a salad bowl. Squeeze the garlic on top.

Add eggs and cheese to the beans.

Add chopped green onions, season the salad with mayonnaise, stir. Garnish the salad with olives and serve.

Green beans are low in calories, so they are a frequent companion for those on a diet. Among all the dishes in which this vegetable is used, green bean salad is considered the most common. The product is so versatile that it can be used in various forms to prepare salad: stewed, steamed, boiled and even baked. The delicate, “melting” taste of beans goes well with many foods: fresh and boiled vegetables, mushrooms, eggs, cheese, ham, pork and chicken.   • Package of frozen green beans - 400 g;
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;

Hard boil the eggs, cover with cold water and leave until they cool down. Pour the beans into a pan of boiling, slightly salted water, and after boiling again, cook for about 6-7 minutes. Add beans and minced or finely chopped garlic to them. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix well. If desired, you can add a little salt or pepper.

Recipe 2: Hawaiian Green Bean Salad

All the products in this salad are very well selected and complement each other perfectly. The dish turns out to be very juicy, fresh, bright and tasty; it can be safely offered to guests and served at the festive table.

  • Frozen corn and green peas - 150 g each;
  • Frozen green beans - 200 g;
  • Crab sticks or meat - 200 g;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • Ground black pepper;
  • Mayonnaise.

Boil all frozen foods in boiling salted water until cooked (it will take about 6-7 minutes). Place the corn, beans and peas in a colander, allow the liquid to drain, cool and place in a salad bowl. Boil the eggs hard, after they have cooled - chop not too finely. Cut crab sticks or meat into small cubes. Add eggs, crab sticks, pepper (to taste) and mayonnaise to the vegetable mixture. Mix everything properly.

Recipe 3: Green bean salad with chicken and bell pepper

An incredibly tasty and satisfying salad, it will be equally appreciated by both men and women. A specially prepared dressing gives the dish a special, refined and piquant taste.

  • Medium size chicken fillet - 1 pc.;
  • Green beans - 220 g;
  • 2 bell peppers (preferably different colors);
  • Lemon juice and olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Beijing cabbage - to taste.

Boil green beans until ready in slightly salted water. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, cut into thin strips. Salt and pepper the chicken fillet (you can add any spices you like), fry until cooked, cool and cut into small cubes. Wash the leaves of Chinese cabbage and cut into thin strips. Mix beans, chicken, peppers and cabbage in a salad bowl. Pour in a separately prepared dressing: lemon juice mixed with olive oil, with the addition of finely chopped garlic and pepper.

  • Red salad onion - 1 pc.;
  • Hazelnuts - 40 g;
  • Green beans - 350 g;
  • Grainy mustard - 2.3 tsp;
  • Balsamic vinegar - one and a half tsp;
  • A pinch of sea salt;
  • Olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • Flaxseed oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Hazelnut oil - 1 tsp;

In an oven preheated to 160 degrees, fry the nuts until golden (about 17-20 minutes is enough). You can check readiness by cutting the nut in half. Cool the nuts and chop them. Recipe 5: Green bean salad with radishes and tomatoes

Light, low-calorie, but incredibly tasty salad is ideal for breakfast or dinner. The dish can be prepared on a hot summer day when you don’t feel like eating heavy food.

  • Half a kilo of green beans;
  • Ripe tomatoes - pcs.;
  • A bunch of radishes;
  • A bunch of green onions;
  • Salt, ground black pepper;

  • 2 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar.

Important: if you don’t have sesame oil and have nowhere to get it from, you can replace it. To do this, crush the sesame seeds and fry it in neutral oil (preferably sunflower or olive). The oil will absorb the taste and smell. The result will not be sesame, but very similar.

Grind the cooled seeds in a blender, reserving one tablespoon for decoration. Add some salt, add cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, cumin and make a homogeneous puree out of it all.

Throw the beans into boiling water for 5-6 minutes and cool immediately - this way the beans will be crispy and will keep their shape perfectly. Place the pods on a flat dish, pour over some of the previously prepared puree and stir.
