3. Grind the boiled meat in a meat grinder. Add onions to it, fried or simply grated. Meat can be beef, pork or chicken. Choose according to your taste and preferences. Salt it, add a little water and simmer in a frying pan for about 10-15 minutes until the onion becomes soft.


4. Mash the boiled potatoes using a potato masher. Then add the egg and milk. Stir. Well, of course, add salt to your taste.


5. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, add mashed potatoes first, although you can sprinkle with breadcrumbs if you want. Then twisted meat, and again puree.


6. Brush the top with sour cream or cream and sprinkle with breading.
