  • onion;
  • pepper, salt;
  • greenery.

For refueling:

  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • 0.3 tbsp. l. honey;
  • 1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar.

Preparation:

  1. Cut off the end of the eggplant. You can also remove the skin if you wish. Cut into cubes, but not too finely.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add salt, spices and 2 tbsp. l. oils Place in a frying pan and fry over high heat until golden crust approximately 6 minutes.
  3. While the eggplants are cooling, cut the onion into rings.

Lenten salad with beans and Korean carrots

The recipe is quite simple and does not require a lot of ingredients. It turns out to be a very tasty, aromatic dish that can also be eaten during Lent.

Ingredients:

  • 320 g beans in their own juice;
  • medium carrot;
  • onion;
  • 1 bunch of cilantro;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander;
  • 0.5 tsp. nutmeg;
  • 1 tsp. sweet paprika;
  • 1 tsp. Sahara;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • 1.5 tsp. 9% vinegar;
  • 45 g vegetable oil.

Preparation:

  1. Grate the carrots using a Korean carrot grater. Cut the onion into half rings.
  2. Pour into a deep salad bowl canned beans. Add grated carrots, salt to taste, sugar and all the spices.
  3. Pour 9% vinegar on top and mix everything well.
  4. Pour into a preheated frying pan vegetable oil, add onion, fry until golden.

Ingredients:

  • can of beans;
  • 1 large bunch of cilantro;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 45 g walnuts;
  • 1 tsp. tomato paste;
  • leek;
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the cilantro and leeks into half rings.
  2. Chop the walnuts with a knife.
  3. For dressing, mix 1 tsp. tomato paste, 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, black pepper, salt. Squeeze the garlic here.
  4. We assemble the salad: onions, nuts, cilantro, a jar of canned beans and season with dressing. At the end you can add salt to taste.
  5. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Salad with beans, corn and sausage

A recipe that diversifies the everyday menu. Canned beans go well with sausage, cheese and crackers. The salad attracts not only its bright taste, but also its ease of preparation.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g cheese;
  • garlic clove;
  • can of canned corn;
  • can of red beans;
  • a pack of crackers or kirieshki;

  • 100 ml filtered water;
  • 1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar;
  • parsley;
  • olive oil.

Preparation:

  1. Cut one small onion into half rings into a bowl. Add 1 tsp to it. sugar, tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar and 100 ml water. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

  • 120 g walnuts;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;

  • 280 g chicken fillet;

  • spices, salt - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the fillet and place in a bowl. Add spices, I use rosemary seasoning for meat. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Then place the meat on a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour.
  3. After the meat has cooled, cut into small cubes and place in a bowl.
  4. Next, add champignons and beans to the meat, drain the liquid. At the end we season with mayonnaise.

PP salad with chicken breast, beans and vegetables

Delicious, light, but at the same time nutritious salad with chicken breast. You will definitely like it!

Ingredients:

  • 350 g baked chicken;
  • 1 fresh cucumber;
  • half an onion;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 200 g canned beans;
  • 10 g apple cider vinegar;
  • 25 g sunflower oil;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 140 g pickled mushrooms;
  • 4 pickled cucumbers;
  • 40 g cilantro;
  • 50 g green onions;
  • lemon flavored mayonnaise;
  • 60 g cheese;
  • Kirieshki.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into strips and remove the pulp. We also cut the pickled cucumbers into strips.

  5. Mix everything well. This salad does not require any additional dressing, just the oil in which the onions and carrots were fried.

  1. The most difficult thing is to cook the beans so that they are ready and do not fall apart. To reduce cooking time, the beans are pre-soaked.
  2. Soaking time – up to 8 hours. Every 3-4 hours it is recommended to drain the water and add new water.
  3. Before cooking, the water must be changed again. Cook without salt for about 40-50 minutes, add salt and boil for another 10 minutes.
  4. The larger the seeds, the longer they require cooking time.
