So, come to me and find the most interesting things.

Now let's go back to our rolls and get acquainted with interesting recipes their preparations. They are all made very quickly, which is why they have become so popular at all holidays. Although, no, that’s not why, or rather not only why. They are just very tasty that's all.

To prepare such a snack, you need to take thin sheet pita bread of a rectangular shape. If yours is too big, just cut it in half or even into thirds.

The most popular filling for such rolls has become crab sticks, due to the ease of their preparation. In addition, such fillings are usually budget-friendly, but very filling and tasty. Yes, and you can wrap them in different ways. Here and below we will look at several such options.

Ingredients:

  • Lavash – 4 pcs
  • Crab sticks – 200 gr
  • Hard cheese – 200 gr
  • Boiled eggs - 4 pcs
  • Any fresh herbs - 1 bunch
  • Mayonnaise

Preparation:

1. First of all, cut crab sticks cubes and place them in the first layer on the unfolded pita bread. If you have a large one, divide by the size you need, I have 30*30 cm. Level them evenly around the entire perimeter. And pour a little mayonnaise on top, I make it into a mesh.

2. Top them with a second sheet of pita bread. Then lay out a layer of coarsely grated eggs. Also level and pour mayonnaise.

3. Place the lavash sheet back and cover it with a layer of grated cheese. Pour mayonnaise over it too.

4. Place the last pita bread. Greens, I have dill and parsley, finely chop and place on top. Once again, the last time, pour mayonnaise. All layers are ready.

5. Now wrap everything tightly in the sausage. Then wrap it in cling film so that it does not unfold and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

6. Once soaked, remove and cut into portions. This roll can be displayed on a festive table, or you can treat yourself to it on a weekday.

Delicious lavash roll with crab sticks, melted cheese and egg

As promised above, I present another option with crab meat. Just as easy and fast to perform. You might like his name. For lubrication, I use soft cream cheese, such as Druzhba.

Ingredients:

  • Thin pita bread - 2 sheets (approximately 30*30 cm)
  • Crab sticks – 200 gr
  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Cucumber – 1 piece (long)
  • Processed cheese - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut crab sticks into small cubes. Boil the eggs in salted water and cool. Then peel and grate on a coarse grater. Do the same with the cucumber.

2. Place cling film on the table. Place a sheet of lavash on it. Spread melted cheese over it in a thin layer.

A silicone spatula will be an excellent assistant in this matter. It is very convenient to smear. If you don't have it yet, be sure to purchase it.

3. Place a layer of crab sticks on top of the cheese. Level them evenly over all surfaces. Then cover with a mesh of mayonnaise. And on top there is a layer of eggs.

4. Now cover the second pita bread and grease it with mayonnaise. Place cucumbers on it in a thin layer. It is better to use a fork so that the released cucumber juice does not get on our snack. If desired, you can add a little salt.

5. Carefully start rolling the roll from the long side. Then wrap it in cling film, on which you first placed the pita bread. If the sausage is too long, you can divide it in half and wrap it in film. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to soak.

6. When they are soaked, remove them from the refrigerator, remove the film and cut them into portions. Then place beautifully on a serving plate.

Recipe for a very tasty pita roll with red fish for the New Year 2019

Such rolls can hardly be called budget. But there is no shame in putting them on the festive table - they are beautiful, rich, and very tasty. Most often, salmon or trout are displayed on store shelves for the New Year. Yes, it doesn’t matter which red fish you choose. I usually take ready-made fillets in vacuum packaging, less fuss. When you prepare a lot of dishes for a holiday, you already have enough to do. I want to make more delicious things and surprise everyone.

Ingredients:

  • Lavash - 1 pack
  • Red fish – 150 gr
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 100 gr
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation:

1. And so, let's dull it. Finely chop the dill. Finely cut the prepared salmon fillet (or trout, or other representative of the salmon family) into cubes. Grate the boiled eggs on a fine grater (I don’t think I need to tell you how to boil and peel them). Mix everything in a deep bowl, as for a salad. Add ground pepper to your taste, mayonnaise and mix.

2. In principle, we have a ready-made salad, but we are moving on. Now take a sheet of pita bread and spread half of the prepared mixture evenly over its entire surface.

3. Next step. Cover the top with the second pita bread, and then spread the rest of the salad evenly over it. Then start rolling the roll along the long side.

4. Place it in the refrigerator for two hours to soak, then cut into portions. Now they can be displayed on the festive table.

Festive roll with salmon and cheese in lavash

Let's look at another option. The roll turns out very tender. And, despite the fact that the composition of the products used for it is not large, it will look very rich. After all, what matters is what's inside.

For this we need:

  • Lightly salted salmon fillet – 250 g
  • Soft cream cheese – 200 gr
  • Pita
  • Dill greens

Preparation:

1. Grease a sheet of lavash with cream cheese. If necessary, trim the edges, although I usually don’t do this. Wrap it up later anyway. Cut the fish fillet into pieces and place in the next layer in three rows. Place small sprigs of dill along the edge and between the rows.

2. The second step is to simply wrap everything in a roll and wrap it in cling film. As already described above, put this sausage in the refrigerator for several hours.

3. It can be taken out of the refrigerator after two hours. This time is enough for it to soak. Free it from the film and cut into portions.

I remembered another way of laying and twisting our wonderful, very tasty and satisfying snack. Here we are using just one layer of sheet. And we lay the ingredients in strips. Using a vegetable cutter, cut the cucumbers into thin strips. Thaw the crab sticks and unwrap them. Grease the sheet with mayonnaise. Then arrange the prepared products in strips.

2. Now wrap everything tightly into a roll, starting from the edge where the lettuce leaves are. Then wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

We wrap it in film so that our roll does not unfold while it is soaking.

3. After this, remove it from the refrigerator and unwrap the film. Cut into pieces 4 cm thick. Place beautifully on a plate and decorate the table with it.

How to roll pita bread into a roll with different fillings for a holiday

Well, in conclusion, I would like to present you with another video, which shows several recipes for preparing fillings for our appetizer on the festive table. See what other filling you can come up with for lavash.

It’s a great idea to put several rolls with different fillings on the table at once. Such variety will certainly decorate any holiday. Cook and try.

That's all for today. I'm already a little exhausted. And to be honest, I want to go to the kitchen and make a quick fix crabmeat roll, which is in my refrigerator. I'll add a boiled egg, corn and two cucumbers - fresh and salted. Oh, there’s also cheese, I’ll add that too.

In the meantime, decide and choose. But, in general, I recommend trying everything, you won’t regret it. Enjoy your meal! Bye!

Lavash itself is not very tasty, but if it is filled correctly, such a dish will add sophistication to any table. These lavash rolls can be prepared with different fillings, both for holidays and for every day. Thus, such a dish is available to everyone, because lavash is not expensive, and to fill it you can use the products that you have at home, you just need to combine them correctly, and then any housewife can boast of a tasty and unusual snack. Especially. that there are many recipes for such rolls. There are already so-called “classics”, but you can use your brain yourself and create something unusual, not like everyone else. And this will also be correct.

Prepare rolls from such a flatbread (we will use Armenian lavash), it is possible not only at home. This can easily be done at the dacha, in camping conditions; I myself have made lavash rolls more than once while fishing. While my comrades were preparing fish soup, I did it for the first time, and my friends were pleasantly surprised. This was a great appetizer. And I listened to the praise addressed to me with pleasure. Fishing then and the holiday was a success.

In this article you will find:

Let's start describing various recipes, some of them are very simple, and some will require simply additional processing of the filling or an already prepared roll. But all this is not difficult and anyone can do it, just as they love to create culinary masterpieces.

Lavash dish with sausage and cheese - homemade recipe

You will need:

  • Processed cheese (hard)
  • Pita
  • Mayonnaise
  • Green onions, dill, parsley (if possible)
  • Sausage (boiled or smoked)
  • Tomatoes

There are no constant proportions here and for this reason I don’t indicate exactly by grams and pieces. To your taste and imagination.

Preparation:

The lavash sheet must be coated with mayonnaise; we grease the edges especially well so that they are not dry. We leave it to soak, but not for very long, so that the pita bread does not turn into mush, and in the meantime, cut the sausage (boiled is better into cubes, but smoked preferably into strips). On a coarse grater three processed cheese OK.

Divide the tomatoes in half and thinly slice each half. Chop the onion very finely (if you don’t have onions, you can use green ones and chop them finely too).

Meanwhile, the pita bread has already been soaked and you can put the filling on it. There are no rules in the sequence of what to put behind what. But I want to note that you shouldn’t overdo it and tamp it; the pita bread shouldn’t tear from the weight of the filling. You just need to sprinkle the prepared ingredients on the pita bread and wrap it in a roll.

It is advisable to carefully bend the roll so that it fits in the dish. Then place in the microwave at full power for 1.5 minutes.

Take it out and let it cool a little, cut it diagonally into slices, and serve; if you want, you can garnish it with a little herbs. Simple and delicious!

Fish roll. Lavash with crab sticks and canned food

You will need:

  • Pita
  • Crab sticks
  • Boiled egg (or two)
  • Hard cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Can of sardines

Preparation:

This dish is best made in the evening so that it has time to soak in. Grease a sheet of lavash with mayonnaise. Visually we divide the sheet into four strips, according to how to wrap it into a roll. and gradually, one by one, place the ingredients in strips, not laying them out over the entire surface. On the first (visual) strip we place the sardines, mashed with a fork, without oil or liquid from the can.

On the second, boiled egg, which needs to be grated. On the third, three grated crab sticks, and on the fourth, three grated cheese.

You need to add a little salt on top, wrap it in a roll, put it on a large dish or tray, and put a bag on top or wrap it with cling film so that unwanted objects (hair, flies, dust) do not get on the finished dish. And also so that the pita bread does not dry out.

This snack needs to sit for at least 2 hours to soak in. After which the pita bread is cut and placed on a plate. For beauty, you can place green peas and corn (if available), as well as parsley leaves around the plate.

Sausage in pita bread with potatoes, baked in the oven

You will need:

  • Pita
  • Boiled potatoes (mashed)
  • Mustard
  • Sausages (preferably smoked)
  • Cheese (any, optional)

Preparation:

Mash the boiled potatoes with milk or salted water, adding a certain amount of ground pepper, to taste. On a coarse grater, grate cheese. Let's put this aside for now.

Fold the pita bread in half, take the sausage, apply it to the pancake and cut a strip in width, slightly longer than the sausage. Fold this strip once again. Use a knife to cut along the folded edges, you will get 3 - 4 rectangular sheets of pita bread.

We spread each leaf with a thin layer of potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese, put in a sausage, grease it along its entire length with mustard and roll it into a tube.

Now you can do this: bake half of these prepared sausages in pita bread in the oven, and fry half in a frying pan (there will be plenty to choose from...)

Place the batch that we will bake on a baking sheet, brush with egg and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 - 18 minutes.

In the meantime, you can fry another batch in a frying pan, heat it up a little sunflower oil it doesn’t hurt and put in our rolls, fry on all sides until pleasant, golden crust.

In the oven, by this time everything will be ready. Place all the rolls on a large plate, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and serve. You can offer mayonnaise and ketchup, or some kind of sauce. I’m sure you won’t have to blush for this kind of tape, it’s delicious.

Armenian lavash with chicken and melted cheese, fried in a pan

A chicken and cheese roll turns out to be very nutritious, and if the chopped pieces are fried in a frying pan until golden brown, this dish can be served as a main dish. Here I’ll tell you about just such a large roll, which can easily feed four adults.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg. chicken thighs, breasts
  • 5 tbsp. spoons of sour cream
  • 300 gr. processed cheese
  • Any greens, to your taste
  • Salt, ground pepper
  • Armenian lavash – 3 sheets

We separate the boiled chicken meat from all kinds of bones, veins, and finely chop into small pieces. Now we need to mix all our products in one container (pan, basin...), this will be our filling.

We lay out one sheet of lavash on the table and place our prepared mixture in a thin layer over the entire surface of the lavash. Cover with a second sheet and again spread the filling all over the sheet. Cover with a third sheet of lavash. Now you need to roll everything into a big roll. It will turn out to be quite thick, like a sausage.

Cut the roll into pieces, 3-4 centimeters thick, and place on a plate. If you let the dish sit for a while, it will become saturated and you can easily run away on both cheeks and so on.

But we want to make a decent dish, and therefore, we will be patient and, with the last of our strength, fry all the pieces of the roll in a frying pan, adding a lot of sunflower oil to it.

Believe me, it's worth it. Once you serve the lavash rolls hot, you will be surprised how quickly they disappear, because they are truly delicious.

Budget-friendly lavash roll with simple filling

I was thinking, it’s not always possible to prepare dishes using products that you have to go buy specifically. And maybe some student is sitting in a dorm, wants to eat, and even a girl should come (well, to improve in some subject...) and in order not to look like a sucker at all, to make the right impression, you can prepare a simple, but worthy of respect, budget pita roll .

In the common refrigerator there was:

  • Armenian lavash
  • Processed cheese
  • Boiled-smoked sausage
  • Pickled cucumber

Quickly prepare:

Cut the sausage and pickled cucumbers beautifully into long slices. It's faster, but the effect is guaranteed.

We take the pita bread itself, open it on the table and carefully coat the entire surface of the pancake with melted cheese. And then came the most creative work. Lay out the slices of sausage, alternately, in strips, then the cucumbers, and so alternating, distribute throughout the pita bread. It turns out like this “oil painting”.

Now all that remains is to wrap this canvas in a roll.

We now have an almost finished product. Well, you won’t serve such a pipe to a lady (you might scare it away...), so we cut it beautifully into small pieces.

What we get is practically a culinary work of art. The reaction of the expected lady can be assumed...

This is how easy it is to surprise and deliciously feed your expected (and not so...) guests.

All of this was presented, mostly quite simple recipes for lavash dishes. But there are holidays in life, and you want to celebrate them beautifully and tasty. I present...

Festive lavash roll with red fish step by step recipe

This will be a rather spicy, aristocratic recipe for a good dish. Use any red fish according to your taste and, of course, your wallet.

You will need:

  • Red fish - 250 grams.
  • Processed cream cheese - 200 grams.
  • Ginger - for sale
  • Half a lemon.
  • Fresh dill - a small bunch.
  • Ground black pepper.

Let's start cooking:

Let's start with dill, this is the best seasoning for red fish, the combination of flavors is amazing, Parsley, cilantro, basil - everything is different, dill is considered a classic of this genre. So, finely chop it, place it in a bowl and mix with melted cheese (add ground pepper...).

Squeeze a whole tablespoon of juice from the lemon, add it to a bowl with cheese and dill and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Lemon, of course, is also very friendly with red fish and its presence will give the roll a piquant taste.

Cut the fish into thin strips.

Unroll the lavash sheet and spread it on the table. Coat the surface of the pancake with the prepared mixture of cheese, dill and lemon. We begin to lay out the fish, leaving a small space on top unfilled so that when twisting it sticks well.

Add ginger, you don’t need to put a lot of it. Our roll goes the same way as with red fish, and accordingly there is no need to overwhelm its taste. But, of course, basil will add its own “zest” (it turned out somehow funny, basil will add zest... but you get the idea).

You can roll the roll. If you have time, let it soak in the cold for a while, wrapped in cling film.

If time is pressing and guests are about to arrive, feel free to cut the lavash roll with red fish into pieces and celebrate the holiday.

So, if you are planning a “Sabantuy”, or maybe some romantic date at home, feel free to start preparing this dish. Everything will go great, with a bang!

I suggest watching another video where the most common recipes are discussed.

Sweet

Not just a homemade snack, but even a whole pie is prepared from a thin flatbread. The sweet filling can be very different - nut, banana, apple, cottage cheese. The last two are used especially often. Using cottage cheese or apples and a simple flatbread, you can bake pies or make the same snack roll - you already know the fillings for it. The instructions and photos below will help you prepare it.

Ingredients:

  • apple – 0.6 kg;
  • egg yolk – 1 pc.;
  • lemon – 1 pc.;
  • Armenian lavash – 2 layers;
  • bread crumbs - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar - to taste;

  • vanilla sugar and cinnamon - 0.5 tsp each.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the apples, peel them, remove the core with seeds, and then cut into small cubes. Sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and simmer the apples in it for a few minutes. When they soften, sprinkle with cinnamon, simple and vanilla sugar.

  8. When serving, cut into pieces as shown in the photo.

With red fish

The filling according to this recipe is also called royal. This is due to the fact that it contains red fish. Thanks to this component, the snack becomes brighter and acquires a more pronounced taste. There is no shame in serving a fish roll even to the most honored guests. The main condition is to cook more, otherwise all the guests won’t get enough. You can take fish according to your taste, for example, pink salmon, chum salmon, salmon, salmon or trout.

Ingredients:
